In spite of living some distance away in Warrington, we have used this family run business for over 25 years. We have always found the service excellent, the quality of work undertaken good and the costs very reasonable.

Great service by Richard and Gary. Turned up for a brake inspection, they managed to identify and fix the problem. It’s so important to trust mechanics, both Gary and Richard took time to explain the issue and rush an order so the job could be completed in one day. Thank you guys!

I’ve ordered 4 tyres from Tyreplus and was sent order confirmation that the order on 6/7/2020 will be handled by kwin-fit mobile team.

My booking has been postponed 3 times without notifying me and making me wait 3 times 8 am - 8 pm.
first date : 8/7/2020 , excuse was full to capacity in the area, offered £50 compensation.
second date: 12/7/2020 , no excuse given ,
third date: 17/7/2020 , phone call received, excuse was the truck failure.
I've called them for an explanation but they kept me on the line more than 40 minutes .
The responsible kwik-fit employees were , Anthony O'Gorman; Phil Griffiths, Neil Ferris .

Good price and very good service.
This is actually kwikfit, but somehow the same tyres were cheaper on tyreplus.
I booked a fitting for 4 tyres. The guy was running a bit late, but I was kept informed.
He showed up with the right tyres, advised me that the 2 rear tyres didn't really need changing just yet and he could get me a refund for them. He then fitted the front ones in 15min, and I received the refund 2 days later.

Had a fitting booked for Monday, called lunchtime said didn't have the stock delivery and would be fitted Tuesday by 1.30pm

Called at 1.30pm to see what was going on, they made an all-day fitting even though said would be a timed slot.

I've given a 3 star as the fitter was very helpful, rang me up and sorted earlier / made room and was quick and easy once arrived (hats off to him)

This is actually KwitFit and not TyrePlus. I don't understand how come they are not on Trustpilot- their service is 0 star.

I dont know how exactly do they operate. I booked them to change 2 tyres for Toyota Yaris 2012. They scheduled it for Friday, then I received a call that tyres are not in stock - then they pushed the delivery to Saturday and said the dispatch team will call me. Never received any call and I had to call them and re-schedule it for Monday from 8-1pm. Today, Monday, I have been calling them since morning to confirm whether they have the tyres in stock or not - they put me on hold and CONFIRMED that they DO now have them in stock - It is now 13:30 and after waiting all this time, when I called them they said the dispatch team doesn't have the tyres. What am I suppose to do.... had to cancel my booking.

When I called to cancel the booking, the guy didn't even bother to ask Why or What.... and simply cancelled the booking. They don't give a damn. If you want the same experience, go ahead!
