Went Above and Beyond Before Lockdown

With the lockdown here in SA starting 2 days before my appointment, I decided to call to see if I would still be able to get my new tyres, especially as they were on the wear line and I was still working during lockdown. The team at Tyreright Woodville said to bring my car in straight away and they installed my tyres right there and then. It is this quality of customer service, that has me coming back to the Woodville store time and time again.

I bought tyres, Cannonvale/Qld

I bought tyres, I payed, I booked date to change my tyres but after I’ve got msg “ The dealer you have selected is unable to perform the services requested. As we have no other dealers in your area, I have authorised our accounts department to refund your order.”
I’ve got my money back after a few days

They were VERY friendly

They were VERY friendly, professional and accommodating as I had another appointment at the same time so they allowed me to drop off early. Very happy with them, have used them on numerous occasions and every experience has been the same. I highly recommend them

Communication failure

I have been really disappointed by Tyre Right. I am a repeat customer, however, am unsure if I will continue doing business.
Firstly, there was no communication to let me know that my tyres had not been delivered to the store and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I was only made aware of this when I showed up for my appointment. This meant I had taken time off work to attend the fitting, only to be turned away and would need to reschedule and take even more time off work.
I then made multiple calls attempting to resolve this issue with no updates or follow up from the call centre. After a week I finally managed to get through to someone in the call centre who was able to sort the mess out.
Service at the store was excellent, however the online side of things earnt this 1 star review for my complete waste of time and run around.
