I always use Tyrers for my Bolton Wanderers away travel. Dave and Ste are fantastic drivers they always looks after everyone. Always on time and really friendly with great music to boot. Roll on next season with Tyrers!

After a full season traveling up and down the country with Coach 1 for Bolton Wanderers games, I can honestly say there's no better way to follow the Whites than with Dave and Chaddy at the helm. These two have made every away day feel like part of a much bigger adventure.

From the early morning departures to the late-night returns, their energy, banter, and commitment to making the journey part of the matchday experience is unmatched. They’ve gone above and beyond to create a proper community feel on the coach!! The Coach 1 On Tour flag and chant explaining how massive coach one is says it all. It’s not just transport, it’s tradition.

Win, lose or draw, Coach 1 brings the noise, the laughs, and the loyalty that defines what it means to be a Wanderer. Big respect to Dave and Chaddy – here’s to many more miles and memories!

I’ve used Tyrers coaches multiple times this season for Bolton Wanderers away games and they have always been fantastic. The coaches are very clean and comfortable and the drivers dave and chaddy are always play a great selection of tunes en route!

Terrible company! One of there drivers literally reversed into my car whilst I wasn’t even driving just parked up, luckily I saw it after walking back to my car.

Stupidly didn’t tell my insurance as the driver was apologetic and I expected the company to deal with it professionally. Needless to say they didn’t!

I called Tyrers and spoke to a woman who stated they were going to get someone to call me to bring my car into there garage. I then received a call from someone who worked for Tyrers who implied the bus never hit my car and asked me to come in to the depot to prove the damages on my car weren’t caused by the incident. Even if this was the case I still expected Tyrers to at least have to decency to take a look at my car considering they reversed into my stationary parked car.

Straight away it became a battle and Tyrers took absolutely no responsibility for the accident even though they had a camera footage of the incident (unfortunately I couldn’t retrieve any footage from them after numerous requests!).

Expected a lot more from a local company like Tyrers and find it utterly disgusting the way they dealt with the whole situation. Safe to say if this ever happens you don’t make my mistake and trust the company to do the right thing because in my experience they took absolutely no accountability.

Having waited for 30 minutes for the 119 Bus from outside Home bargains in Leyland, to Chorley at 1818 on Wed 6 Nov 2024 Myself and 2 other passengers ( 2 being 74 years old) stood there waiving for the Bus to stop when the driver sped past running Late with no intention of stopping. You can imagine our total disgust when we then had to wait for another hour for the next bus. Being an ex Bus driver myself I couldn't believe the total disregard for the passengers safety, In my opinion that Driver is in the wrong job and at the very least needs quite a lot more training in Customer care.

We were catching the rail replacement bus from Victoria station Manchester to Rochdale last night at 7.40pm. There were a number of replacement buses around and I saw one of your coaches so I checked the front of the bus to check it’s destination. There was no information showing so I popped in to ask the driver where the bus was going and was met with a rather couldn’t be bothered response / attitude. Perhaps it had been a long day, he could save himself having to speak to people by showing the buses destination.

A huge thank you to the brilliant staff members who helped my son get his air pods back after he left them on the coach to college. I spoke to staff at both sites and they were extremely patient and helpful. Really appreciated!

Great replacement service for the railway! Friendly driver and clean coach. Even more impressive my wife left her phone on the coach. I emailed them. Rik and his team retrieved the phone and it is on the way back to us. Really friendly and helpful Team!!!

We had Michael ref tyr 2sr delivered us over 500 kids across 4 days to our soft play area
He was such a gentleman with respect for who hired him and the facility he delivered them to. He was such a warm welcoming chatty man with a big personality. If we ever needed to hire you we would use you and ask for him personally.
Tyrers you should be proud to have this man as part of your team.

We had a Holiday club trip with the lovely Chris today.
Nothing was too much trouble and ge was great with the children.
We use Tyrers all the time and they never let us down. This trip was a ladt minute and yet they still managed to accommodate us at one if their busiest times of the year, thanks to all involved A* Service as always.

Cannot rate the Farnworth branch highly enough. My son left his watch on one of their coaches after a school trip. They promptly contacted me to advise they had it. Communication has been fantastic in ensuring its safe return. Fantastic customer service! Thank you to all involved.

Daughter’s school used Tyrers for school trip to Blackpool yesterday, she didn’t come home with AirPods and thought they were lost for good. Called Tyrers today who confirmed they had found them and could collect in afternoon, everyone spoke to really helpful and daughter was delighted to be reunited with AirPods. Can’t thank you enough

We’ve worked quite closely with Tyrers Coaches for private hire bookings for a number of years, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. From the vehicles, to the staff and drivers everything and everyone are exceptional at what do. They’re a true credit to the industry, and we look forward continuing working with them, and thank you for your continued excellence.

Rik went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to accommodate our trip with over 600 people. There were last minute changes on our behalf which could have been problematic for Tyrers but Rik solved everything for us. Could not fault the service, everything ran perfectly and we were extremely grateful. We know that we can continue to rely on using Tyrers in the future. Thanks Rik!

Tyrers took us on our school trip to Formby on 15/07/24. Our driver Chris was BRILLIANT! Calm, supportive and really adaptable. He was lovely with the kids and really helped to make our trip successful abd enjoyable

Went to Wembley from Wigan RLFC last Saturday on Coach 3. Drivers excellent-friendly and professional & made great time there and back.
Next day I discovered I had lost my Air Pods. I rang Amanda at Bolton who organised a search for them & emailed me to tell me they had been found.She asked if I wanted to pick them up from Bolton or she could send them to Chorley for me.I picked them up at Chorley 2 days later.
Excellent customer service-highly recommend

Driver Pete took us around the Whit Friday marches this year… he is a total legend! Looked after us so well and became our biggest cheerleader for the day.. can’t thank him enough .

We, Wroughton Silver Band, travelled up from Wiltshire to participate on the 24th May in the Whit Friday Marches around the Saddleworth Circuit. Our driver Pete was a Legend. Nothing was too much trouble and he very soon got the measure of us “southerners” and the two way banter the followed was so much fun. Never have we had a driver who took a real interest in what we were up to, both taking and appearing in photos and videos and at Diggle appeared wearing one of our Sombreros (we were in full Mexican fancy dress).
When we book for next year, it will be on the basis that Pete drives us again, please tell (warn) him :)

May I take the opportunity to say a massive thank you for making our trip to Wembley yesterday superb even though we never won. The coach left Chorlton Street Manchester at 08:00hrs TYRE 6R. Ian and Rebecca were the drivers. It’s such a refreshing change to have a guy like Ian in control of the travel for the day. Absolutely fantastic with his work place skills and humour. No clipboard and yellow hi vis vest. Genuinely checked us on and off when required and gave the whole coach the details of the emergency procedures. The coach was a group of mixed aged City fans and not one had a bad word to say about the whole coach travel experience. I will put this down to Ian and Rebecca. I hope the Owners/Management value the effort of Ian / Rebecca as they very hard working people. Thank you once again Ian / Rebecca for looking after us. Regards Paul Holohan
