I order on this site. Order not arrived.dpd update not available. Not sure I can get my order or refund.

Despite the opinions everything went ok and i am satisied with my order :)

Correct tyres came ..good value and shipping only took 5days which is not too bad

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Look at all the reviews - they all have the same experience. This company takes scam orders for products they don't have - then holds on to your money until you hound them to get it back. They are using all of that money to fund their cash flow - at your expense! You will eventually get your money back - but only after they've wasted a substantial amount of your time! Stay away.

Terrible company to deal with. Similar issues to others - items available at a good price on site initially, then I ordered and paid for them. Then told hours later that the tyres were not in stock but they are available on the site and on other sister sites. Price has 'magically' gone up also. Avoid!! Waste of time!!

Same as others report tyres ordered were not in stock. PayPal payment doesn't work via the site. They eventually sent alternative more expensive tyres which seem fine. Cheap but bad service and faulty website. Tyres arrived fine. You get what you pay for...

Second time I have tried to order tyres from this site!!! Just a total spoof of a site... Same both times, ordered and paid through PAYPAL, 24 hours later they say the tyres are not available.... and suggest an alternative, yet the tyres originally ordered are still for sale on their site with a different increased price!!!! What a waste of time!!!!Wouldn't even give 1 star if it was a choice!!!

Same story like others. Ordered tyres, after few days email with "out of stock" - they're but now 20eur more per each - and sended offer of alternatives (some overpriced shty tyres). I choose refund and now will be 20 days since bought date when money still frozen.

Avoid! Ordered 2 motorbike tyres. The rear was delivered, the front was delayed and after 2 weeks waiting time cancelled as they ran out of stock. Contacted the support line and they told me that they now have it back to stock for a bigger price and I can pay again for the item in full with higher price and they will refund the money already out on hold on my banking account. So basically I need to pay again higher price and then get my money back for previous order.

Ordered a set of 255/35/R19 Star Performers via tyres.ie from tyres-outlet.ie
Paid by paypal.
The price went up €10 per piece immediatelly on the listing at the site, following my order.
Although advertised 1-3 working days, had to wait for a week before hearing from them at all.
Received an email stating order cancelled, refund pending with reason “unfortunaltely can’t match the order” - a week later.
I would advise to avoid and will never deal with a again.

I ordered online with them via tyres.ie. They took payment via paypal.
No sign of an update so I contacted them via their online chat and they said the tyres aren't available and that they'd refund. I'm still awaiting that.
I had a look at their website and the tyres are listed and in stock - just at a higher price.

p.s. Email cancelling order rec'd. Hopefully the refund comes soon too.

They refunded one one tyre (late btw) and I'm having to chase the refund on the other one. A right pain.

I order one tyre, after order and making a payment I got email that this tyre is out of stock and they send me a link with “alternatives” which was not working at all, my order number was not working on their website as well and my account was showing “no order” Contact form is not working and there is no way to contact them at all! Be aware of this scam!

Continental All Season tyres at a very competive price. Shipping by DPD was very fast, with very good tracking. Excellent service.

Don’t use these clowns unless you want to wait weeks from your tyres to come from Poland. Who knows when they will ever arrive with there crap Dpd updates

The overall experience was excellent. From being able to order online and having my tryes delivered to a local installer. The installer was an excellent business with very professional service.
