On 09/09/2025 I went to Tyres for Long…

On 09/09/2025 I went to Tyres for Long Miles to get 4 tyres fitted. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The worker was extremely rude and completely incompetent. While removing the wheel bolt, he forced it aggressively, which ruined my alloy, scratched the entire rim, and damaged the bolt itself. Afterwards, he said “I didn’t do this, it was already like that, I won’t deal with it” — and then threw me out of the shop.

My car went into the shop with 4 secure bolts and came out with only 3, leaving it unsafe to drive. He completely ignored my safety, left my car dangerous on the road, and still took my money. This shop is an absolute disgrace. If you value your car and your safety, stay away.

Dear Customer,
thank you for your reviews. I saved all of them from the different platforms.
You have a right to be unsatisfied with me. You have a right to forgot all the knowledge from the elementary school lessons, mainly about the screw thread. You have a right to mix the bolt with the nut. You have a right to talk with your wife about this case.
But you don't have a right to spread an invalid information about me and my service. Your wife and your friends have no right to make a review about me without personal experience.
I didn't throw you out, only I finished the conversation, because I thought that is not necessary to explain how works the nut remove from the wheel. But let's see: if I loosen the tightening torque of the nut, I can remove/turn the nut with the socket with two fingers or with one hand, don't need to use higher power. You wrote "While removing the wheel bolt, he forced it aggressively,"...so, if I should to use more power, it means the nut stuck on the thread. There are three possible reasons of this, if the thread is dirty, if the thread is rusty or if the thread is damaged. Look at your picture, please. The threads are not too dusty or rusty. What is the conclusion, please?
You wrote "which ruined my alloy, scratched the entire rim". I uploaded a high resolution photo to the google business profile gallery because I can not attach it into here. Could you find the metal debris from the thread, below the bolt's end? Where are the scratches on the entire rim and the alloy damage, please?
And more two things. You have a right to watch the complete story on the SAFETY CAMERA RECORDing playback. (Because we recording our job due to quality assurance reason.) And you have a right to delete all of yours reviews.
Sincerely, Steve

Surpassed anything I've previously experienced

Fitted a tyre from Tyreleader for €18. Having removed the damaged tyre, he scrubbed the inside of the rim of rust and dirt deposits, then, after fitting the new tyre and balancing it, he cleaned the inside of the wheel. He then put the wheel on with an impact driver, but did not overtighten, (as has occurred elsewhere such that I subsequently couldn't remove the wheel), and finished off with a hand torque wrench. He then referred to the door panel to find the correct pressure and returned to the wheel to adjust the pressure. But that's not all - he proceeded to check and inflate the other three wheels! All told he spent about 20/25 minutes on the job. When I got home I checked the tyre pressures and they were as specified at 35lbs/sq.inch on the front and 32 on the back, and this in my experience is unprecedented. I also checked and found that I could loosen the nuts without difficulty. Overall I could not be more pleased with the service and definitely will use them again.

I started the work on your car after 16:50 on Tuesday and I told you, the 4 tyre change means about 70-80 minutes. I did the tyre change clockwise from the front right wheel because of my air hose position. It means the front left wheel was the last.
I gave you back only one nut from the front left wheel. Then I told you I used more power to remove it because it has no good thread and I could not put it back.
You paid at 18:15, this is about 80 minutes work from the start to finish.
We talked about how you only have 1 lock (anti thief) nut.

You came back Saturday morning and you told me, that in your opinion I caused the damage on the front left wheel (because how i removed the stuck nut), and I swapped the front wheels and I put back the damaged left wheel to the right side. You wanted me to admit that I caused the damage to the wheel.

The facts: You brought me rotation pattern tyres. If I had swapped the front wheels, I would have had to take off the tyre from the front right rim and must to rotate it for the right fitting position. That would have required more time to do as it would have meant 5 tyre changes, not 4. That is physically impossible to do it within same time what you say.

The "more power" means longer power bar than a normal bar and not a chisel and hammer in opposition to what the signs on the rim suggest. The head of the nut that I gave back is undamaged.
I would suggest to question who removed the other 3 lock nuts.
I also have photo evidence if needed.
