It is upsetting to see this review despite us explaining everything at length on the phone, coming up with a solution and you saying you really appreciated our help, to then receive a 1-star review a few hours later.
EDIT: It is also worth noting that we emailed a few hours after you had placed the order saying that we believed you had ordered the wrong amount, we left it a few days but you didn't reply to us

Hello George, it is a shame you left us a 1-star review without contacting us beforehand. However, all our heavy-duty cleaners are hand-filled to 500ml, despite the bottle size. The only way it would arrive half empty would be if there was a leak in transit, but that would be noticeable when it arrived. Hi Lee, we've been trying to get hold of you as you didn't leave us with your full tyre size. I emailed on the 18th & 20th December but didn't receive a reply.
We ended up sending a 20mm kit out for a 20" tyre in the hopes that it'll be correct, if it isn't please can you reply to our messages (they might be in your spam folder)
