The tress arrived in great condition
The tress arrived in great condition. My biggest concern is that the root balls (except on the kiwi) were small in my opinion. My hopes is that they will look fantastic come spring.

The way the plants were packed
The way the plants were packed had them arrive in perfect shape. I was pleasantly surprised that they came in small pots rather than their roots being wrapped in plastic. Being in pots was great because I had to wait to plant them. I 'm waiting for a permit from the city.

Great experience and customer service. Ordered once from a competitor (FastGTrees) and regretted it deeply. They refused to take responsibility for their lack of pruning during growing which made me have to loose at least a year after I pruned it. Go with TyTy from the start!

Plants came in on time and healthy. When I made my purchase, it was early on and I was given a ship date. Closer to ship date I found out I wouldn’t be home, so I called and they adjusted the ship date to when I would be home to receive the box.

Great product and service
Full disclosure, initially I received the incorrect order. Obviously was disappointed, as one might expect, BUT the folks at TyTy did me solid. Josie and Theresa were very helpful and within a couple of days, I received the correct trees, and they were magnificent. The two ladies could not have been more professional and helpful and as noted, the trees were great. If I continue to expand my orchard, I would definitely consider looking at TyTy’s offerings.

Guaranteed, but…..
Our tree we ordered last year never even started to grow. I sent pictures as asked, waited as asked and nothing. We know there was a storm at shipping time and we got updates that the package was delayed. TyTy says no that didn’t happen. Offered to replace the tree but with another $40+ shipping fee! We declined. Very unhappy!
