I ordered a dress size L, I’m a 12-14 so going by their guidelines I ordered the L . That was my first mistake, their sizes are not true to size. I contacted them to see if I could exchange for the next size up. This was not a problem for them as long as I paid the shipping. I ordered a couple of other items size xl. No different in size than the L. Cut a long story short (21 emails later)
I have 2 dresses and a top and $120 out of pocket.
AVOID these scammers.

My order arrived in very good time, about 16 days after I ordered.
I am delighted with the dresses. The size and quality of material is as described on the site.
Over all, I am satisfied.

Just like many people who have bought from this company, I experienced the fact that their 30 day money back guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on, which is a shame because some of their clothes are okay. However, when you wish to return items they offer you a pathetic sum which you have to keep not accepting in order to get it increased little by little. This is one way they are making their money, do not buy from them !

I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BUY FROM TYZAL. I bought two dresses, which were far too big and of EXTREMELY poor quality, they offered a tiny portion refund, then a tiny bit more. I then mentioned legal action and they finally gave me their address which is Dubai!! They DO NOT have a UK office. They DO NOT give 30 day refunds and the quality of their dresses is awful, nothing like the pictures. SO BE AWARE YOU WILL HAVE A FIGHT ON YOUR HANDS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING.
I did get a full refund but I had to spend £22 to return the goods and give a returns number before they finally issued the refund.
A number of people have had similar experiences so my advise is DO NOT BUY FROM TYZAL, delete from FB and delete the website !!!

On a $105 order and received dress of EXTREMELY poor quality, they offered a tiny portion refund, then a tiny bit more, now they want me to pay to return product to Dubai!! Unbelievable!
Disputing charge and reporting them to federal trade commission-we have to band together to stop these scammers!!

I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it was even more beautiful than it was shown in the ad. I received it earlier then I expected. This is a very good business to buy from. I will definitely order from Tyzal again!

I have sent my dress back to New York after 3 attempts to get address from Tuzla and await the outcome?

Ordered three items from Tyzal. Two were fine but the third, a dress, was too small. I requested a refund and they offered $7 and to let me keep the dress (cost $54). What I am supposed to do with a dress that is too small is anyone's guess!

They eventually offered $16 and then $22. Will apparently need to contest the charge with my credit card company and will not buy from them again. I will edit this if there is any satisfactory resolution.

The dress is quite nice and fits fine - however it is not nearly as beautiful in reality as the picture portrays

Shocking company. Clearly they are getting lots of sales now online as their stuff is being advertised all over Facebook. When I checked Trustpilot, there was only 1 review and it seemed OK so I bought the item. An incredibly low quality item was delivered to me. Photo on website is clearly photoshopped as in reality the dress did not look the same. Quality of material is dreadful. Asked for a refund. They said they couldn't refund, but offered me $13. I had paid $44 for the item. I took the $13 refund, because I knew I wasn't going to get anything more from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not buy from this company. As a frequent e shopper I am normally happy with my purchases and the companies I use.
HOWEVER this time I am very UNHAPPY. I waited ages for the dress to arrive having paid $15 delivery charge. When it arrived the dress was of poor quality and the poor cut meant it fell in a very strange shape.
I wrote politely asking to return it.
1st response They would not tell me how to return only tried to offer me a quarter of what I paid for.
2nd Response They still would not arrange a return and tried to get me to accept 2/3 of what I paid for
3rd response after another letter of complaint they have provided a return address but I have to pay the postage again. THIS COMPANY ARE SHARKS -AVOID!

Quality of material is poor.

Doesnt really hang right and will now have to pay a dress maker to make it look good.

The colours are amazing

I can’t return items as they don’t provide a returns address.
Dresses too long and I am not small 5 ft 5
They offered 11 dollar on 89 dollar order then up it 35 dollars.
