Unsatisfactory.

These are the reasons why my experience ordering from Tzadik was unsatisfactory:

1. The item took a long time to ship, almost a month, even though prices on Tzadik are marked up to cover shipping.

2. It wasn't cheap, because it was supposed to be a brand-new item. But it arrived inside a tiny box with no insulation whatsoever. The item was damaged, probably as a result of the way it was packed. That is unacceptable.

3. Customer support has not responded to my request for help given the "new" item's defective state. This makes me believe that they only care about getting a sale, not about the customer.
