The metal bit that should securely…
The metal bit that should securely pinch the nose came loose, so now I need to forcibly push it done whenever I am using it, to the point that I even thought of using super glue to put it back in its place. In 2 years of using facemasks, I have never had this experience.

Very useful as it covers the nose and mouth
Very useful as it covers the nose and mouth in one go without any problems. The colours of the mark 3 version is a great improvement and the filters are replacable.

I feel much safer with my u mask
I feel much safer with my u mask, although the majority of people in my area have stopped wearing a mask not me, as soon as I step from my car my mask is on, that way you I feel confident Covid won’t get me!

The new FFP2 reusable
The new shell in 3 different measures to fit different types of faces are great.
Wearability is very good.
Only negative point is the filter which could be slightly bigger and, anyway, of the same size of the outer shell (actually it is one-size-fits-all)

Poor delivery
I pre-ordered the u-mask 3rd generation as well as the 2.2. I knew that international shipping was expensive so this package was packaged and sent as one. But because of this pre-ordered mask, it took three weeks for this package to ship (I only pre-ordered three days before the release, not a long time in advance). The irony is that every time I contacted customer service, they made a little move to perfume me. I don't think this is the kind of service you should get when you spend $200 on a mouthpiece. I followed the brand because of the F1 race and next time I will buy from the F1 partner store instead of the official website.
