I contacted them again and got a…
I contacted them again and got a response saying they would compensate me with 200k coins. Honestly, that is nothing compared to what I actually lost on my account. I lost players and progress worth far more than that.
On top of that, they are not willing to do anything further to resolve the issue or take real responsibility for what happened.
I will continue to write about this and share my experience until I get what I rightfully deserve. This situation is not acceptable, and I won’t just let it go.
