I made an error on platform order, but they quickly fixed it for me! legit. u7buy is the only way for me going forward!

We’re frequent users of U7Buy, mostly for Roblox. The support team are great and specially on occasions like today when we’ve made a purchase and the seller is in a different time zone and the wait for the order will be too long. The order was pushed through so we could cancel it.

BAN!!!
Just like other people mentioned, it's not safe anymore to buy coins (at least this is my experience on U7buy).
My account got banned 2 days after they tranferred the coins, and they offered me a very humiliating compensation!
All my effort on FC 26 is gone, and U7buy won't make it up.
So it's not worth it and i advise you not to buy coins, unless you find a trusted servie other than U7buy.

I purchased coins from this website and as a direct result my account was banned by Electronic Arts for coin buying.
Because of this, I lost access to the transfer market, the money I paid, and months of progress and effort I invested in the game. Everything I worked for is gone.
I contacted their support multiple times, but they refused to take responsibility and only replied with a simple “sorry”. They hide behind a “7-day policy” and avoid giving any real solution.
I did NOT purchase coins from any other source. This platform is the only place I used, so the cause is clear.
I have full proof, including screenshots of all conversations and the ban email, and I can provide it if needed.
This service caused real damage to my account and completely wasted both my money and my time.
Be very careful before using this service

I have already contacted them and they only offered 100k, then 300k coins, which are useless because my transfer market is banned.
I am still waiting for a proper refund.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using U7Buy. I purchased FIFA coins from them, and as a result, my account has now been banned — not just once, but this is the second FC account I’ve lost after using their service.

This has cost me a lot of time, effort, and money. Losing one account is bad enough, but losing two clearly shows that their service is not safe or reliable. Customers should not have to risk their accounts like this.

Because of this, I expect proper compensation. At the very least, U7Buy should provide me with a replacement FIFA account that already has a team and coins to make up for what I’ve lost.

I would strongly warn others to think twice before using this service unless U7Buy takes responsibility and resolves situations like mine properly.

They said it was 'safe,' but I was banned from Transfermarkt and can't use it anymore. I'll never use it again and I don't recommend it.

Even though the 7-day period has passed, the ban today is a direct consequence of the detection of your team's actions on my account. As an exclusive customer who handed over my login details to you, I expect full accountability for the loss of my account’s market access.
I am requesting an immediate resolution, either through a refund or significant store credit to compensate for the damage. If I do not receive a professional response, I will proceed with a chargeback through my payment provider and post a detailed warning about your Comfort Trade safety on Trustpilot and social media.
