This is the first time and maybe my last time. Why is that that they need to follow up the payment 5 days or 7days rather before the due date. And they are not just message 1 time a day and they also called to remind about the due date. Honestly its irritating alot. The first time that we apply we know the we need to pay on due date please… like tabby. Tabby will just message a day b4 your due date. Thats all so please change the way you message the person who loan like everyday b4 the due date. Thanks

I am using cashnow for long time now having good record. Recently I paid and got increased and its approved however for 2 days now the money still not received. It says error on IBAN where its the same only Im using before. I emailed no one is responding.

Please can you do the needful?

The most worse and nonsense company ever .I have work with them a year now I miss one payment and they automatically add interest per day on it that’s good but aside that they call in start using bad words and threat on me to block me from this country as if they own UAE “where is the F… money this is company money not ur money what u do to get the money is ur problem or else we will forward ur documents to the court and u will be block from UAE” how can a professional company behave like this unless

I have been trying to apply for this loan only God knows how many times have tried,alway declined, I don't know why and what else should have been done 9r probably because I'm from africa. Even after putting all the required info ,still always I did not pass loan assessment

I’ve been using cashnow for very long time. I used to pay on time for almost all time. This time I’ve few problems of my own and haven’t paid yet ( 2 days ) only and i asked them for some time. They were very rude towards me. And they are saying it as if they did this as a favor for us. And please if someone didn’t pay you on time also. Maintain your professionalism and speak kindly cause you don’t know what someone is going through. Make sure to higher the ladies who’re professionals and kind. Cause we’re gonna pay you back somehow but it doesn’t mean you can give us back the words you said toward us

Haii guys if your are asking loan recovery ask nicely and don't show your attitude in customer I don't whu is #Nilama she is disaster I don't know whu is this hire this lady ,,, I don't want to take next time loan I will tell you everyone this is the people are doing root this next level we are not escape the loan we just need time I explained this disaster lady disaster she is showing to attitude in the customer ... Where is the management for cash now ? Really I need to know how they hired such rude unpolite employees when I want to explain for them I have emergency case that is why I late for the payment and I promise to pay
once I have my salary they start to call my refferal and told them about my privacy situation informing them that I am late for payment and they liyeing that I am not answering their calls which is not real I am answering many calls once I start to speake they shouting me with very bad manner through the phone I am asking is this the way to collect payment from your customer this is not allowed in UAE you need to listen to the customer and try to find suitable way you can assist him for payment not shouting and hang the phone while I am speaking really the bad application and management and customer service all over UAE

Since yesterday I’ve been trying to repay my amount i have tried many times, still it declining by saying my card has some issue even after I’m submitting all my documents. And it’s getting overdue worst service .

Hi good day, my name is hanna I have some issues about cash now ,on behalf of my all documents I let my friend use it to take a loan she promised me she will pay me ,it happened when I'm newly come from Singapore ,but the situation now is too much worst cause that friend which is my colleague is she run away ,she blocked me all contact I have her and change a room so I can't manage to pay it ,then I would like to know if I will be facing trouble to make renewal for my visa in other company cause for now I cant manage to pay it ,I'm just starting to my new job ,I'm willing to pay but I need time ,cause I don't have any option

Was late on payments. An Indian number sent me a WhatsApp text. The sender was very unprofessional and rude. The sender ended up insulting me.

I take loan from cash and i repay and closed the loan, but still the staff is calling and asking for money and saying i have due, staff behaviour is very bad. The staff should get better training

I have been using CashNow for over a year and tried to make a good record by paying it in advance than my payment due date. Only last week i had given my advance payment for my last payment schedule and i did not applied for another loan few days after paying because i wanted to do it exactly on time when i will need another loan. Since yesterday I’ve been trying to apply and many times been declined when im supposed to get an increase amount for loan. Kindly help me out with this issue please..thank you in advance.

I've been using cashnow for over a year with not a single repayment delay and even paid some ahead of time. Recently I tried to apply for another loan but the credit assessment declined my request for no reason at all. I make sure that my score is preserved well by making all payments due paid in time. In short, cashnow is longer a reliable service provider in terms of lending.

Bad customer service and they are not replying to your email until you got a penalty.

Hi, I have been using cash now for 2 terms now and i never failed to pay on time. However, this last loan that i got for 3000 aed, i failed to pay it on time on the first payment( 1 day late) and was charged late fee, it is because i accidentally put a different date on my reminder to pay. Now, I paid the full amount to compensate with the late payment i did ( only for 1 day) and i tried to renew. but the system is no longer allowing me to renew.

At least review the history and give chance to people who are just late for 1 day. And i finished the loan payment 3 months in advance.

Now, it keeps on rejecting my renewal. At least offer help and assistance for unintentional late payment( especially if it is just for 1 day )
