Personally have been shopping with Ua Grail for a few years now BEFORE they launched a website and never really had an issue. Great quality reps, but a bit over priced in my opinion. Haven't used the website yet... but sad to see some negative reviews on my guy UaG. Personally tho, got nothing but great experiences from the brand.
Update….my 400.98 was credited back to my card after nothing from these people! It’s amazing how they can constantly post new products on their site….but couldn’t respond to me on any of the platforms they use! No response on WhatsApp, no response thru email or Instagram! I’m happy I got my money back but these guys are scammers….they even were trying to change their payment options during the crap I was going thru!! Pics looked nice but it’s shady business all the way around! I was already worried when I got 0 response for a month…then I dispute the payment and mysteriously 2 days later the items are marked as shipped…that was the biggest red flag ever! So don’t let the pics fool you…stay away and let others know! I have screenshots of over 2 months of no reply from these rip offs! Also…when they marked the items as shipped….there wasn’t a tracking number lol! And then they have the nerve to change all their faqs on their fake site to make it look like the consumers are the issue…yet they’re the problem!
Hopefully anyone who’s thinking of buying from these hacks sees this beforehand, my friend and I ordered a pair 5 months ago (as of 11/11/21) which was suppose to be here in a few weeks according to them. For the last 5 months we’ve been flat out lied to, ignored, and made scammed by these guys over a pair of damn shoes (LOL). They use tactics that a teenage girl would use to ignore a guy such as answering a dm and once we get to our question they ghost us for weeks and then come back like if it’s a fresh dm without previews texts and what not. They also now implemented new costumer service which is just a couple of people on whatsup lying about orders being shipped. I’m not the only person they’ve scammed, we’ve contacted multiple buyers who say they’ve yet to receive anything as well; in conclusion DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.
11/25/21 update: the uagrailz page finally blocked be after asking for the shoes I was scammed over LOL 8 months and 200$ to the trash
