I purchased some furniture before reading the Trustpilot's reviews. Later, alarmed by the reviews, I decided to cancel the order. I've had no problems with the annulation (made one day after the bought). The customer service phoned me and accepted my reasons for the cancellation. A week later the payment which I had made by credit cart was canceled and I got my money back. I regret a little bit having cancelled my order, because I think I would have received it without problems.

Je n'ai pas eu de problème avec la annulation, que j'ai fait le lendemain. Le service client m'a appelé et accepté mes motivations d'annulation. Une semaine aprés, le paiement, que j'avais fait avec une carte de crédit, a été annulé. Je regrette un peu d'avoir annulé la commande parce que je pense que je l'aurais reçu sans problèmes.

Reasonable prices for international delivery. However, despite a fairly sophisticated system for submitting online queries, I didn't receive any response to two queries submitted via the Uaredesign pages (which remain unanswered to this day). Having received no response via this channel, I also had to call several times before someone answered the phone.

Further, although the webpages purport to provide a "track your package" option and provide a reference number for the delivery service (eurofirst in my case), the reference number didn't work in any of the Geodis systems, meaning that I was not made aware of the delivery date of the item and wasn't home when delivery was attempted.

I've left positive feedback for you ok. I must say that I found the extra requests via email to put price reduction codes in a little unnerving as I'd already paid for the item via PayPal, no additional transactions are normally required after this. Maybe your ads could advise people to hold back with payment this way until you email them with payment instruction to further reduce the price via codes?
Us Brits are still a little in the dark ages regarding the language barrier, panic, don't try and give up too early. This leads to order cancellations and negative feedback which is not fair on you.

I received my pack two days later, everything was perfect.

I ordered eight handmade glasses and a jug. There was a little delay with the glasses but my emails were answered promptly and courteously. The glasses were very nice and unusual. Therefore I bought a jug to go with them which arrived quickly.

I ordered a design lamp which arrived in time & corresponded exactly to my order.
Uaredesign had inquiered beforehand by mail to know which was the exact version i wanted as some details of the lamp description were missing on the site (much appreciated!!).

I am very impressed with the quality of the product and the speed at which it was delivered.
