I believe the company is interested in having people pay them every month, but what I don't believe is that they have any interest in doing the things that keep you coming back.

I tried for several months, and because of the price, stuck around.

I encountered errors & when I inquired how I could make my instructions more clear they said it was fine, but that we could do it this other way (which was essentially just me doing the work) rather than they read and verify instructions.

Additionally, you really need to babysit if you want to get anything done. Even though they theoretically have time specifically allocated to you - if you don't send them anything for a week, they won't take any initiative to reach out, ask if/how they can help (based on prior tasks) etc. You really need to have the task, ask for the thing, and then stay on top of the thing.

So ultimately for me, it didn't really feel that they wanted to help, only to collect their money - even though they said "I assure you, we want to help!" (their actions indicate otherwise.
