Aggressive billing, incorrect supplies being sent out, now being charged for technician visits. Billing calls from a private number and will not provide an explanation in writing. Interestingly these are the same people who worked under commonwealth.

I'm a secretary at a church that had a contract with Commonwealth. Apparently they were acquired by UBEO almost a year ago, even though we were never made aware of that fact. I've called for service numerous times and they always answer the phone Commonwealth. They've now screwed up two different issues in a month's time. First, we had a system set up with our copier where when toner ran out, more was sent out automatically. Well, come to find out when our magenta ran out, they apparently hadn't included it in the last two shipments. I contacted the company and told them I needed it shipped out expeditiously and they said they would. It was supposed to come the day but hadn't arrived by the time I got off at 1:30. Because the pastor wasn't going to be back until about 3:00, I stayed at work on my own time and spent money to order lunch from GrubHub, just so I could be there until somebody else got back because UPS said the package was going to come by 4:30. Well, it turns out that UPS had the wrong address and so I wasted my time and my money waiting around for nothing, and now I don't have the color toner I need to do printing for people tomorrow. If UBEO had done their job correctly in the first place, we would never run out of toner. And then apparently they didn't give UPS our correct address for the shipment. Since our original contract was with Commonwealth, I'm going to talk to our trustees and see if we maybe want to go with someone else if this is the way things are going to go with UBEO.

Parent of Centric Business in Maryland. They charge an exceeding amount and trap you in predatory contract. Beware!

First off i have been with Ubeo/Ray morgan for 11 years and when tyye were ray morgan they were excellent. now that they are the mjighty ubeo all things went south i tried for 6 months to get a quote on new canon copiers and could not get anyone to help me i would tell the sevice techs i would call over to there office all i got was chirp chirpp. now my lease is up and and no new machines but they did lock me in for another 12 months and talking to some other customers i guuss that is what they do so be careful if your thinking of working with ubeo and if your looking for integrity and customer service i would look elsewhere
