Ordered a bugaboo donkey 5 push chair for my daughter. service was excellent came within 2 days, would recommend this company to anyone.

Brill selection of child car seats, very good prices and quick delivery, I've stopped wasting time and shopping around as Uberkids is always where I end up make my final purchases!

Delivery response was outstanding but score marked down as the product detail did not mention the fact that 360 turn facility of the car seat may not function properly in forward-facing mode with the rear tether attached.

Express delivery, I ordered car seat on Tuesday at 4pm and received parcel next morning at 10 am. I’m really impressed

Unfortunately product was faulty and didn’t have the seat in stock that I wanted as a replacement.
But they made every thing very easy and seamless, I would definitely use again.

Very quick delivery, however I wouldn’t have ordered from this company had I known they didn’t do free returns. It doesn’t say on the website that returns are at the buyers expense. I now have to pay substantial costs to return a scooter. Unfortunately, has put me off ordering from this company in future

I purchased a new car seat on 27/12/2022 for £250. The payment was pending for 7 days.

The payment was then cancelled and the £250 returned to my account on 06/01/2023 along with an email confirming that there was no stock available.

I then purchased another car seat from a different supplier on the 12/01/2023 which arrived the next day. I'd suggest going to John Lewis.

I then had my car seat from UberKids arrive today and they made a payment of £250 putting me in -£220 in my account which I have only got £50 in my savings.

I'm 2 and a half hoursaway from my home and will need petrol in order to make it home.

I've called UberKids and they couldn't care less. They said that they've fulfilled the order and it's in their terms to take payment but that I can return the item at my own cost for a refund... how very nice.

I'm now needing to contact my bank to reverse this payment in order to make it home.

This company is a disgrace and I hope nobody experiences this.
