Great customer service from UberKinky. I placed an order with a gift for someone along with a custom toy and didn’t realize the shipping would be delayed until the custom order was made. Emma arranged a speedy delivery from the warehouse and my parcel with gift inside arrived on the day of a friends birthday. Just in time! You won`t believe the problems that I had trying to get my order to Spain but the help and support of the Uberkinky team overcame all the problems and got everything sorted. This entailed my goods being returned to the U.K. and then being resent out again. In the space of a few days everything successfully achieved and a more than excellent job done. Bought this toy when I caught it on sale. It was a good buy for the money.This large toy does feel good as I slide down it and stretches me really good. A con is there is a slight line that I can feel down two sides of the toy where it was moulded. Due its size It is not for bginners. My safe place (a padlocked shed) was ignored and the giant parcel with my name on it was dumped on the public street infront of my door. Being London it was stolen within a few hours. But uberkinky don’t care- they don’t think this is their problem.

Avoid at all costs ( Real review)
When I tell you it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve dealt with I mean it. The customer service is absolutely shocking. For a full week I didn’t hear back from them so I reached out and then they said “sorry it seems the item u purchased is out of stock”. I mean this alone is shocking but the most negative thing is the customer service especially when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager is one of the most rude individuals I’ve ever come across patronising and even she took 2 emails and 6 full days to respond.
Avoid this company.
