They took my money and have never replied to any emails. Stay clear of them. I never even received a confirmation email and the toothbrush has never arrived.

Absolute scum of a company. Will be reporting to action fraud for having an active website taking money whilst being dissolved in companies house.

I’ve read lots of bad reviews on this company, and they’re all true, they took my money the very next day, and three weeks later I still have not received my goods. They say they like emails, but don’t respond, they’re obviously just taking peoples money with the intention of stealing it. If you’re thinking of buying from these people don’t bother, you’ll just be knocked.

Confirming everything that has been said before: this company is a scam. You will never hear from them, but they will take your money. DO NOT BUY!

I have no issue with the quality of the product, however the price of the refills is far too high. Having a recurring membership means that you should receive a new toothbrush every twelve months, which happened after the first year, but did not earlier this year and last years unit is now intermittently malfunctioning. Three emails via the website requesting a replacement were not even given the courtesy of a reply and direct emails to customer services were undelivered. I have now instructed my CC provider to stop any further payment. Use at your peril.

Toothbrush broke within a month. Customer Service slow if not completely unavailable. No phone number to contact on. If I do not hear back in a few days I will be cancelling through my bank. Security Certificate on the website has expired (supposedly 24 days ago) which seems a bit suspect! I dont have facebook or I would try to contact them on there as well.

Do not buy from Ubersonic.

I contacted them to return my new and unused toothbrush but their customer service never got back to me.

Their website is also inaccessible due to an expired security certificate. Not good!

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! Be warned!!! Toothbrush broke after 3 weeks use, and quality of the brush was very poor. Tried to contact company via their website and social media (DM and public posts) but have had zero response and still receiving brush heads in the post. Called Santander today and they can block particular merchants- so thankfully no need to cancel my card. Wish I’d never bought this. Utterly awful experience from start to finish.

Utterly useless and a rip off. Started of great but tooth brush failed within a few months. No customer service response. Telephone number disconnected. They still take my £9 ever two months though. Now cancelled with credit card company. The Uber sonic website is still active and convincing. Be warned stay well away.

Terrible experience with Ubersonic. I had previously used quip in the US and this doesn’t compare. Build quality seems cheap. Battery life is poor. Customer service response to questions and enquiries is non-existent. Reading the comments above I am not looking forward to cancelling the service with them.

Poor experience. Average toothbush, overpriced heads subscription. Almost impossible to cancel. Customer Services cannot be contacted by phone and emails/facebook takes weeks to get a response. Would not recommend to anybody.

I joined this companies opening offer with a £1 toothbrush. Great! I had acknowledged there would be 6 further transactions of £19 and I was okay with this. However when it came to the end of my contract the company has refused to cancel my subscription. I am now having to try and take action with my bank to stop the company billing me again. I am sick through and through with this terrible company and their awful customer service. If I had more money I would take them to court. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Appalling customer service, rip off product - avoid at all costs. I cancelled my subscription in September 2017, despite this they continued to take payment and send goods (utterly pointless as the original flimsy toothbrush only came with a two point plug so couldn't be charged in my house, never used it - but in my opinion the quality of the brushes is much the same as you get for 25p Sainburys basics!).

I had confirmation by email of the cancellation - yet noticed later that money had come out again and again. Their crappy product was sat in a pile of unopened post (flyers/brochures) so I hadn't noticed the October delivery. When I got the December one I emailed (with a copy of the cancellation email from September) and received a reply saying I could send the product back at my own cost!! As this was £9 each time (£18 in total that they took after confirming cancellation) I would have to package them up, drive to the post office and send them back which with the time effort and cost of postage would leave me out of pocket, so I've decided to leave it & not throw good money after bad. However I sincerely hope that someone reads this and decides not to subscribe to this scam - save your cash and buy something decent rather than have this bunch of thieving con artists take your money when you aren't looking!

NOTE: Further to my reply to Ubersonics email asking me to send the product back at my own expense (in which I reiterated the above) I have been given a 50% refund on the money taken (£9) & am not required to return the unwanted items. Not ideal, but better than the original response.

I had changed banks months and months ago and then had some very sad personal news. Had a very threatening email saying they would take legal action within 48 hrs. The emails I received were unsympathetic, no empathy and rude, also indicated they didn’t believe my case. The emails gave me the incorrect money that I owed. I did call the person on the end phone seemed very hesitant and didn’t know what they were doing. Avoid this company at all cost, the product is ok but not as good as market leaders, save your money and buy a toothbrush that works properly.
