easy and efficient
I use this tool for my professional website, SEO is not my job. The interface is user friendly, there is plenty of explanation on how to use it.
The live chat is very efficient. I was experiencing a problem that was actually my fault and they were very helpful in pointing out where the problem was and how to fix it.

Simple and Accurate
The program is very simple to use and has all the necessary tools to improve the website in SEO Technical, as for keyword research and competitor study I am not yet competent to give an honest review without damaging the image of Ubersuggest but as a freelancer that I am it meets all the requirements.

Ubersuggest is a Great Keyword Tool without Breaking the Bank
I’ve been using Ubersuggest for a couple of years now. I primarily use it for my personal projects and also at work, in parallel with Ahrefs, for digital marketing.
It's good for the money, especially since I took advantage of the lifetime deal. The entry-level plans may not offer much beyond a single website. However, it's a good way to test it for a low cost.
I eventually upgraded to the mid-tier plan, and it is more than adequate for most users. If I were a freelancer or a smaller-scale digital marketer looking for a good keyword tool without the high cost of Ahrefs or SEMrush, Ubersuggest is a strong choice.
Customer support has also been helpful, so no issues there.
I know Neill is losing money on Ubersuggest or barely making a profit by design. His goal was to create the best keyword tool he could for entry-level and bootstrapping marketers. He’s done a great job, and as a seasoned marketer, I thoroughly enjoy this product—I highly recommend it.

$290 Lifetime Deal: Good Start, Hidden Costsf…
I like that I was given the option of the $290 lifetime deal. What I don't like is the nickeling and diming after making it sound like this $290.00 would cover everything. As an affiliate marketer PC Marks Insights this was quite an investment into my business. It's not as user friendly as they made it sound to be. However, I do like there is a help option, and so far they do respond quickly. In fairness, the one time I've used it so far, it was operator error. I was the operator. I figured it out and let them know I did. And was asked to write this honest review

Before purchase this service make sure you will be the owner of the account, because the users will not be able to work normally and independant across the platform. They suggest share the owner account, make in a risk on the security.
So I do not recommend this software for companies with SEO positions.
My SEO now is unable to work because he don't have the permissions to do it.

That said, invited users still have broad capabilities: they can create new keyword lists, add or remove keywords, and fully engage with most features. In the situation you mentioned, your teammate could manage keywords and create new lists, just not delete an existing one — a safeguard to prevent accidental data loss.
