I recently purchased 2 x supposedly Ilok mini air conditioners. First of all there is no mention of Ilok on the packaging or product or user guide. The item does'nt work independent, cant be charged up 'as claimed' so therefore must'nt have an internal battery, so thus isnt really portable. Has to be plugged in to work. The fan was claimed to be practically silent "its not"!! Its quite noisey. The instructions are lousy and incorrect, its just 3 speed and off, plus lights on, off nothing else!! Doesnt tell you which way to install the filter. Totally dismay at paying over £121 for two of these, when the very same but with a different name at Amazon for £28 each. Ripped off and cant find contact to complain to

I bought a wireless WiFi repeater to boost my WiFi within my home. This product had come up as the best so I was hopeful. £40. The item took a week to arrive.
Easy to set up.
The green lights , one of which flashes ot are very bright and lit up the bedroom massively.
The WiFi wasn't extended as I hoped it would be so for £ 40 spend I decided to send it back.
I sent email after email asking for a refund.
I kept receiving ails back in a timely fashion.the issue was that I simply wanted a refund. Several emails later I ended up keeping the item with a 35% refund to my account.
I still won't use it but gave up asking for a refund.
I was asked to send pictures or videos of the items damage which it wasn't damaged.
I would be careful if buying from this site again.
Make sure you 100% want it and want to keep it before committing to buy.
I actually just wanted to send it back for a refund and this proved too difficult.

Scammers and false advertising. Bought wavesound earbuds, Boasts a 20 hour battery life and each earbud was in use for 90 minutes before they died from a full charge. Waited 12 days to get them, First time using them and will be returning them. Will never buy anything from ubertech again.

Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a "smart bracelet" that will not turn on and will not charge. Returned item and requested a full refund under the consumer contract regulations which confer a legal right to cancel FOR ANY REASON, within 14 days of receipt of an item (even if the item is not faulty) and to receive a full refund once the item has been returned. However the company is refusing to process the repayment because I have not sent them a video as proof! Absolutely ridiculous.

ALERT!!!! SCAM,SCAM.Ordered,paid, for wave sound ear buds, 60 pair for down on luck american military veterans as gifts. Recieved knock off sport wireless brand printed on box,no logo or any print on ear buds or charging case of any name just l and r.No response from ubertech.shop 2 emails in 2 weeks, no 24/7 customer service , no phone to call. No response. Ther web site look great BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! .Research First.

I have just asked for a refund on an offer of £265 for 5 of these pathetic coolers that do not hardly work at all. Been informed that they take off 15% for some gobbledegook and AN UNSPECIFIED AMOUNT OF MONEY from any refund. What happened to the ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE’ I also keep getting emails about buying more dozens of them,,, I have demanded full refund or I am going to fight this conning, fraudulent company all the way for it, it’s disgusting and should be banned from trading.

DO NOT buy from these people. I ordered a health watch that was recommended by what I thought was a legitimate website. On investigation the name of the watch I ordered doesn't even exist. I've received a fake version of another health watch - complete with the other manufacturers details on it. Not even an attempt to make it look like what I ordered. It won't turn on and the charger can't connect - so I can't even use it just as a watch. The genuine article of what I received (which wasn't what I ordered anyway), retails for half what I've paid for this very poorly done fake. As others have mentioned they ask for 'video proof' that it doesn't work. I feel very, very foolish.

I also ordered the air cooler and paid £75.95.
When it arrived I was shocked to discover that it was just a worthless cheap plastic product made in China and had an ugly paint blemish on the top cover. I was misrepresented in the marketing of this product, believing from the advertisement that I was purchasing an Ilok Air Portable AC that said: "Did you know there's a new portable AC the size of a car battery that can refrigerate any room in under 5 minutes". Instead I received this cheap plastic 'NewFan Ultra Air Cooler' which I would not even attempt to connect using the usb cable provided, for safety fears. Sophia has offered to send me a replacement new product but I have declined, asking instead for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations respecting online purchases. I am also hoping to receive a shipping tracking label so that I can return the item.

AVOID ,AVOID, AVOID!!! I tried to
return my item. This is what they send me by email:,,, We charge a replacement fee, which is a sum of money that is collected by a company or business to accept the returned goods and return the money to the customer. The return is also checked, it must be in original condition (not washed and with trailer). Please understand that we can not sell it as a new product after opening the packaging. Therefore, we charge a processing fee - 15% of the payment of the order,,,

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the air cooler I received from this company yesterday. I paid £75.95 for what is basically a cheap plastic product made in China. This product wouldn’t cool a room, you can only just feel it if you put your hand directly in front of it. Absolute rubbish. I will be asking for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before spending my money 🙁

I ordered the wifi extender by mistake. They efficiently and quickly cancelled the order and refunded me.

I also ordered two air coolers for around £120 which turned out to be cheap Chinese knock-offs. Avoid at all costs they are scammers. I will be seeking a full refund for misrepresentation.

I am also horrified. I spent over £150 on two air conditioners with 3 yr guarantee. They arrived today, what I recieved were cheap chinese knock off copies of the nexfan.
I'm going to go all the way in reporting this, they were for a disabled couple who can not afford to be ripped off. What a scam. Same product, only the real deal is £38 on Amazon 🤬

UPDATE- It's now been 10 days with no word from Ubertech. No replacement or refund offered. They sent me cheap knockoff that dosen't work. Worthless customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

It's been over a week, i get emails requesting video and they sent a link showing me how to pair these garbage earbuds. Sophia is attempting to tire me out in hopes I'll just eat these knockoff buds and she won't have to refund me for them! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

***UPDATE*** Received email from Sophia -
"We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it. To your satisfaction, I was authorized to offer a 50% discount as a cut-off and to keep the product."
To which I replied
"No I want to return them for a full refund! They don't even work, at all! (Even after charging for 18 hours) Send me a prepaid shipping label, I want a full refund."

I ordered the wave sound wireless earbuds from Ubertech and what I received was an unbranded very poorly made immitation! No markings whatsoever on the case or earbuds (other than L & R). There is no magnet on lid to keep it closed, no optional sizes of earbud pieces and no battery % indicator. There are 4 blue lights on case and NOT the 3 shown on their website. On top of them being a cheap knockoff THEY DON'T EVEN WORK! I've sent them two unanswered emails. I guess I'll keep them on my dresser to remind me that there are illegal, immoral, scamming thieves who take your money and send you junk, literally trash! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order for Buddy Bud Earbuds before reading mixed reviews. I had a slight issue, as received texts re item in my basket & discounts, when I knew I'd checked out & paid. However, when e-mailing Sophia, I was given an apology regards the marketing texts & received not only my order confirmation, but tracking information too as coming from China.

I can honestly say that my purchase was received by Royal Mail after 5 days & delivered to me on the 6th day. Very well packaged, After easy pairing, worked straight from the case & sound quality is really great. Very comfy in ears too! Received excellent Customer Service throughout. Thanks Sophia!

Dreadful company ! Marketing text and emails galore . If you leave the goods in your in box you get bombarded and reminded constantly to buy even giving a 20% discount after 48 hrs so if you have to buy leave it a few days . They don’t tel you it takes over 4 weeks to get the 10th rate product either until you threaten to cancel the order then miraculously it’s in transit . Don’t waste your time with the company it’s not fit for purpose

Do not order anything from them! Received wave sound war buds that work only in the most bizarre and unsatisfactory ways! They want a video of the problem! How can I send a video of what I hear through the faulty ear buds??? Their website states they will issue full refund within 15 days of receipt without any documentation . This is false!!!

I ordered T10 Air Coolers, they were supposed to cool the air in a small rood substantially but would not cool the air in my closet! These are the most worthless products I have ever ordered online and not worth $10.00 not the $143.98 I paid for 2!
Never buy anything from them, all the ask you to due when you ask, in an email, for a refund is to send them a video showing why the product is not working? Don't BUY!!
