Awful experience

Have used Ubervape a number of times and wish I spent my money elsewhere. Always late or incomplete orders. They refuse to respect consumer rights to replace or refund broken products and have ignored multiple emails I have sent them regarding this. Calls to their number are unable to connect 90% of time. On the rare occasion you can speak to them, customer service are rude and unprofessional. I will be informing trading standards about Ubervape as their business conduct is quite frankly atrocious.

Terrible customer service and online shopping experience

No chanses to receive any answer throught gmail. Wrote them about 4-5 emails and still theres no any answers. Very poor customer service. I did express delivery and received my parcel only after 7 days. It was my first online shopping experience and definitely the worst.

Really positive experience

Really positive experience. I was looking for a particular box mod, and after scouring the internet, including Amazon and Ebay, I couldnt find it any cheaper than Ubervape. I must say I felt a bit wary after reading the trustpilot reviews, but was put at ease straight away as I got a message saying my order was insured under the trusted shop scheme so if anything was to go wrong i would get my money back. However it really didnt matter, the service I got was great. I ordered in the morning, was despatched in the afternoon and it was delivered 400 miles away the next day, and that was free delivery. I was also able to track my delivery online. All in all I was really happy with both price and service and would have no hesitation to use again in future.

I have used Ubervape a few times now…

I have used Ubervape a few times now and don’t understand why people have submitted bad reviews! Whilst I do agree that shipping is slow - I paid for next day delivery twice and it still takes 3 days to arrive - everything else about them is excellent.
When my first delivery arrived late, they refunded my delivery cost and also sent out an extra e-juice as compensation. Also when my Orion pods turned up and they didn’t work (not Ubervapes fault but the manufacturers) I called customer service and they immediately agreed to send me out 2 new ones and said there was no need to return the broken ones.
Their customer service is fantastic, friendly and helpful and super efficient. Their product range is good and their prices are also reasonable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, every company has postage blips and the occasional issue - it’s how those issues are handled that matters and in my experience Ubervape have been fab!

Terrible customer service, false advertising and poor communication.

Not good communication! Sending out emails offering Valyrian 2 kit on pre-order for £59.95 but when go to purchase it charges £69.95! I have tried every single day since the first email to see if it has been corrected. I know I am not the only one who has brought this to their attention and yet they have neither fixed it nor responded to any customers highlighting it. So it seems they simply used false advertising and hope people will not notice the extra £10 they are charging. I do not like being misled and poor customer service, I would rather pay more to a decent, honest company. Still hoping they will contact customers and fix their error in some way - like offer a £10 off Valyrian 2 Kit voucher or something along those lines so that they sell at the advertised price - but now I’ve read all the other reviews I am not as hopeful as they don’t seem to care about their customers in the slightest! Fingers crossed I’m wrong! Will update this if I have any good news!!!

Terrible service

Ordered 5 days ago and paid for express shipping. Item was only shipped today and isn't meant to arrive for another 2 days. Wish id checked the reviews before hand as it seems they do this often. Avoid this company

After ordering 2 items! one never arrived? No way to get a refund?
The other arrived leaking in the package and now waiting for the dont believe you answer from them.

Customer service needs improving

Honestly, I really want to leave this company positive feedback, because I did have two orders that went completely fine. Fast delivery, competitive prices, and a good selection.

Unfortunately, my most recent order was a complete mess up.

Received the wrong juice (ordered Wick Liquor Boulevard Shattered, received Wick Liquor Boulevard, easy mistake). At first I thought maybe I had placed the order incorrectly, but my order confirmation proved that I was in the right.

Being a consumable item, most other companies I’ve dealt with for any item would acknowledge their mistake, apologise and send the correct product. However, the Ubervape team insisted that I return the item before a replacement could be sent.

Being the day before the Easter weekend, this simply wasn’t practical. I wouldn’t have received my replacement for at least a week, and clearly ordered the liquid for one reason... To use it!

In a follow up email, I was told that because I had opened the product I was now not eligible for a replacement. I was however offered 15% off of my next order.

The nail in the coffin was when the bottle actually seized shut when I was halfway through it. Again, I was told that I’d now need to send the bottle back and that it would need to go to the manufacturer for inspection. Very practical. Ended up cutting a hole in the bottom in the end.

I won’t be ordering from these guys ever again. I’d rather pay a couple of quid extra and order from companies who, while haven’t been perfect, have at least been reasonable when things go wrong.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Sent an open bottle of juice which leaked all over my £160+ order. Another item was missing. Apparently I have to send it back for them to check! Since I’m disabled and housebound I can’t do that. They still insist I have to send it back. How am I supposed to return something that didn’t arrive in the first place? And how do I send back a half full leaky bottle of juice? Am I supposed to package it all up better than they did and send it by pigeon since I can’t get to a post office? Absolutely terrible service. Don’t ever use them.

Great Online Vape Store

Been using for about 2 years, I’ve had problems over this time of course. Missing items from orders, faulty items too. But each time they were rectified immediately and emails replied to within a day too. I find the delivery quick also, always ship next working day and arrive a day or two after that. I think they’re fab and have always been happy with the service, products and delivery.

Ship USED products...AVOID!!

Absolutely appalling...purchased the Wotofo flux. Firstly it was late, secondly the box was open with PARTS MISSING and USED!!! (This includes the coil!). I contacted them by telephone to vent my issues and was offered a prepaid returns label...this was invalid so not accepted at the post office!
Eventually when they received my returned order (totalling £85) 9 days ago, it was Aar*n.B*ll who signed for it, who also left a 5* review below!! I am still waiting for a refund to be processed and replies to my multiple emails.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I have an ongoing case for my refund (which Ubervape have not yet replied to either). Shows how much they care for their reputation and customers when they cant even be bothered to defend their actions!!

Lots of potential

Lots of potential. Their prices are decent, website is good - apart from the loyalty points that are broken - just get rid of them @ubervape.

My order wasn't dispatched as soon as I expected, I phoned them and they apologized, they promised to dispatch it on quicker deliver with a couple extra accessories on them. It arrived the next day and i'm very happy. - So technically the order wasn't late :)

If this company could put a little more emphasis on things such as same day dispatch, easier & faster contact for customers via email then they could become one of the best.

Product I received was as described, works great.

Overall would recommend & buy again but room for improvements
