I ordered a Bangladesh personalised name necklace for a friends birthday. The confirmation email stated it could take 20days to create and ship a personalised item… so I knew I would have to wait. However it’s been over a month now and have contacted them through Instagram dm and email and have not received any response on that status of my order!!! Seems like a scam business… no responses or anything! Just took my money!

Would appreciate the company contacting me or issuing me a refund if they cannot deliver the item!

No response on the number given, emailed to chase my order!!!

I ordered a necklace and ring for my daughters 14th birthday and over a month later still nothing!!

Well my experience hasn't been great in terms of communication and delivery date.
It was delayed .
But today I received my order.
And it is worth the wait.
It's just so beautiful that I just forgot the complaint or anything.
Its crafted beautifully.
I'd advise for betterment of service in terms of response and delivery dates.

I regret ordering from them. I made a big order of 5 necklaces and 1 pair of stud earrings all personalised and all for gifts I was meant to give away in the next month or so…their shipping info says they ship within 14 days after you order….it literally took them 2 months. I was fuming and to calm me down they told me they will send me as an apology another necklace so they asked me to choose the one I like from their Islamic collection so I did. I received my order about a week after waiting for 2 months….without of course the “apology gift” and when I emailed them with a question I had and told them also that I did not receive the supposing “apology necklace” they said they are dispatching it ASAP as there was a miscommunication….they are a joke…I never received their necklace and no one wants to be lied even more especially when they have been waiting 2 months for them to do their job.
Please if you respect your money and your time….order from somewhere they value and respect you as a costumer and they will not only look after your order but they won’t lie to you as well.
