Cheap frames and incorrect prescription. When you contact customer service they don't care to assist you until you try and dispute the charge and then they will do their best to make it your fault they made the lenses wrong.

We made lenses according to the prescription you filled and we inspected your glasses before shipment; everything was correct. After receiving your email, we have been trying our best to locate the issue and solve it.
After receiving the photo of your prescription paper, we found that your prescription has expired for over a year. We suggested that you do a new prescription test, we are willing to remake the new glasses and reship to you, but you refused and insisted on requesting a refund. To save your time, we let you keep the glasses and don’t need to return them to us, we still refunded you.
We feel so sorry that our product didn't get your satisfaction.
We sincerely apologize again for your unpleasant shopping experience and the inconvenience.
Unique frames, amazing CS
Ublins has a vast selection of very unique and colourful styles of frames which are quite inexpensive for the great quality, compared to other websites I've purchased prescription eyewear from. I've placed 3 orders from Ublins so far, the 3rd currently being processed.
Their customer service team was kind, helpful, professional and quick to respond via email when I had an issue with one of the pair of glasses I received, and offered to make a replacement with a different frame. Overall, my experience has been positive, I absolutely love the glasses I've received so far with the unique frames and I keep checking the Ublins website frequently for unusual frames with the hope of purchasing more prescription eyeglasses in the future.
