Rear tail light replacement

The first light that was sent did not work. After a few emails, ucarpart.com cmae through and made everything ok. The only issue I had was that I had to go back and forth a few times to get this done. It took over a week. I am happy now and hope that ucarpart continues to help people.

They are Crooks!

Ordered a new fuel pump for my Jeep, online it said it would fit my jeep, got it, but took longer then they said it would. Finally went to install it, and its the wrong size and wont fit in my tank. Emailed this company, and they needed prior verification about what I ordered and why it wouldn't fit, I took pictures gave them dimensions, and they offered me 15% to return the item... this company is crooked DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered a rebuilt throttle body

Ordered a rebuilt throttle body, it arrived with spray paint that wipes off on your fingers and the butterfly painted shut but let's even get worse it was full of sand from the sand blaster that was also painted in place...
They offered to give me 25% of my money back absolutely ridiculous..

Shouldn't even be a "1"

I had a broken drivers side tail light. I received a passenger side tail light. I was told that I ordered wrong and that there would be a 30% "restocking" fee. Wouldn't order something from this company with someone else's money.

I ordered a Raptor style grill for my…

I ordered a Raptor style grill for my 2018 Ford F150 it took over two weeks to get the grill it came and the letter F has damage to it so I reached out trying to get them to replace only the letter F that is damaged they said the would send me another one so I waited over two weeks for the replacement and I was happy to find it in my mailbox but come to find out it wasn’t the replacement letter I needed but a random wiring harness not even for my grill so I’m back at square one of trying to email them and them taking days to reply to me I tried calling the number on there website probably ten times and they will not answer I would look elsewhere if you need parts I’m over a month waiting and I’m still having a issue

Terrible service, terrible policies. Wrong part and no good resolution

Like many other people, I ordered a part for my truck, using their system to select model and part, the part came a month late, and was the wrong part. I reached out to the company, (which took two weeks in their part to “resolve” to be told they will refund $18 of the $65 after I had to prove it was the wrong part. This all took place in May to early July. I received an email today confirming that I will receive a refund in 5 weeks. Shady company. I truly believe that any 5 star review they have is from someone that works for the company and not an actual customer.

Grateful for the Excellent Support

I’m truly grateful for the way UCarPart handled my situation. Even though there was an issue with the item I received, their customer service team was understanding, patient, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem. They offered a full refund without requiring a return, which was a generous and thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find companies that prioritize customer satisfaction this way. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. I will definitely shop here again!

Nasty people

Nasty people, they sell you a wrong parts, and won’t refund your money,
After explaining that the parts they send me was wrong, they proposed a 30% refund, which is a malicious way to run away from responsibility.
Don’t buy from theme, you may end up loosing your parts money and increasing the mechanic bill as well.

This is hands-down the worst online…

This is hands-down the worst online auto parts website I’ve ever used. I ordered a part that was clearly listed as “in stock,” paid extra for expedited shipping, and then… nothing. No confirmation email, no tracking info, no update for over a week. When I tried to contact customer service, I realized that’s a joke in itself.

Their "support" is a black hole. The phone line either rings endlessly or disconnects you. Emails go unanswered. And the live chat? Completely useless — I waited 45 minutes in a queue only to be told “we’re experiencing high volumes” and then got booted off.

When someone finally responded (after I threatened to dispute the charge), they were rude and unhelpful. No apology, no explanation, just a half-assed “we’ll look into it.” A few days later, I received the wrong part entirely. Not even close to what I ordered. And of course — no return label, no instructions, and zero follow-up despite multiple messages.

This company is a scam waiting to happen. They take your money, ignore you, and hope you’ll give up trying to get it resolved. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business. You’re better off paying a little more with a reputable site that actually values its customers.

Avoid at all costs.

Replacement gas can caps

My experience with Ucarpart was for the most part a good experience. The parts I ordered were as advertised and did what they were designed and advertised to do. The only glitch was with the USPS on my end of the transaction. They offered a couple of solutions to help with my problem even though it was of no fault of theirs. Order a throttle body from Ucarpart and it came damaged. reached out to them for an exchange for a new one or a full refund. They tried selling me the damaged part for a discounted price. At the end I only got 75% of my money back. Beware of this Chinese supplier big scam. I will be reaching out to BBB.
