Bought a Uccello kettle a while ago. It developed a leak at the base. Denise at customer services has been fantastic. She ranged a replacement to be sent and responded to my emails very quickly, even providing tracking so I knew when to expect the replacement.
I ordered the Uccello designs kettle from the website uccellodesigns on the 1st Sept 2024. I received an email to say that they had received my order. I received no further emails that the kettle had been shipped and did not receive a tracking number. No further contact. I called today 9th September with the phone number on the website. The person who answered said that Uccello were no longer there and she gave me the mobile of a guy called Greg 0403057473. Called the number he said he was away and would be back 30th September. The voicemail did not even say he was connected with Uccello designs. It did provide a 1300783783 number who said they were the distributor in Eastern Creek NSW and that Ucello was run from Ireland. Do not order this kettle from this website. I am yet waiting to see if the kettle turns up. It was ordered as a birthday present for an 80 year old family member. DO NOT ORDER FROM UCCELLO DESIGNS.
Amazing service . Bought a special kettle for my sister who cannot grip (arthritis hands) this kettle you just tilt up it’s in a cradle. Anyway after 18 months it stopped working contacted the company who were so helpful. Apologised for the faulty item , I emailed a copy of receipt and they asked me what colour I would like it to be replaced in and 2 days later a new kettle. Just excellent customer service . Would highly recommend
