I have a backpack in the reflective pigeon blue colour. I am happy with it and feel safe walking at night or when it is still dark in winter. I like the key leash and stretchy pockets inside. I wish the water bottle pockets on the outside were stretchy, as they impinge on the space inside the main cavity. I favour function over form, but overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I also have some smaller bags. I am also happy, but wish one of the straps was a bit longer because it sits quite high (and I'm a larger girl!)

Good quality but I I returned the bag the next day - colour wasn't blue but dark grey. I paid 25 pounds to return it (from UK to Germany) and received it back 2 weeks later, only to find out that German customs apparently rejected it. I tried to solve this with customer service who were basically like tough luck we can give you a discount instead. So I had to keep a bag I didn't want and received a rubbish excuse that it's my responsibility if German Customs rejects it? I did everything correctly - I'd sent a package back to Spain the previous week without any issues.

Great quality great material, size and color and features were exactly as advertised! It is an overall amazing bag that will last a long time! Delivery was very fast and all went smooth.

Best backpack I ever had. It is waterproof and very compact for everyday home-work-home route on my bike. I also bought one as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he now uses it every day. I always give my friends recommendation for Ucon backpack, when the are in search for one for work or free time activities. It is also very practical for a business trip / flight.

Perfect bags! Waterproof, strong, urban and modern! I have 5 different ones and I am waiting for new designs!

I have bought several bags from this company over the last few years and they look great and are very well made. I use mine daily because I love how they look and they are practical. The side pocket and key string is brilliant. The fabric is waterproof and easy to clean.

Hajo Medium is a good travel bag - fits under the seat in front on aeroplanes but has enough room to carry laptop, book, water bottle, headphones, scarf etc.

These are bags that get loads of compliments too. The price is worth it for the quality and the effort the company makes to use recycled materials and reduce negative environmental impact.

This year I bought the Bauhaus Alison, the material is gorgeous and it fits a lot in it. The front pocket closes with a tiny magnet which is very easy to close when out but it would be hard for someone to open it without you knowing when on public transport

Shoutout to Johanna from customer service! I ordered the Ando Lotus bag in black, and it arrived damaged (thanks to UPS, who tried to force it into a small mailbox!). She resolved the issue so quickly and made my birthday a nice one. I must say, I've had another Ucon Acrobatics Rucksack for years now, and this new bag will be a beautiful addition to it. The quality is always top-notch; I love the sustainability concept and that the backpacks are lightweight. Thank you again—I will definitely purchase more!

I bought the bag 6 months ago for 90€ and loved it for the first 5 months. However, the material has started to crack from the bottom and zipper broke. That is super short time for such bag. The brand itself stands for sustainability, however they do not produce sustainable products.
