Good product & company, but bad luck this time!
We received a non functional unit. The heater did not heat up. The contact with the company was quick and friendly. Sad though that the package didn’t include a return package slip. But they sent one very quickly, in an e-mail. But since printers are not so common any longer it took me a few days to find one, so that I could post the return. The return delivery time was very slow but they send a new unit very quickly when the return arrived. It came quick and was fully functional. Easy installation and happy with the product. Without the bad unit experience and the slow return it would have been 5 stars.
So my best recommendation for both the company contact and product

I asked for help with shipping to…
I asked for help with shipping to Croatia. The information I got from your help desk was minimal. I needed to ask every step I took. For example i was on the Swedish site and from there you can’t order to Croatia. But that information I needed to ask for after I already asked for help. Another example: how much is the shipping to Croatia and could you help me with the order. The answers x amount and use the site to order. The amount of times I needed to return to ask made me not want to buy from you.

Got the product delivered without any problems. Buth the accessoiries i ordered where not in the package. Have been trying to get an answer from customer service for two weeks now...

No life in LED-NO REPLY
No life in LED, even after change to new battery, Found the same one in AliBaba, Ok, I agree acceptable to buy from China and then rebrand. But got customs toll (website say "total cost"), AND when arrived no LED indication, ask for replacement (not refund) - NO REPLY.
STAY AWAY.... NOK 4000/EUR4000 out the door. I relized I trusted the high trustpilot rating to much... FAKE.
