The device arrived in good time and I'm already a big fan, my teeth have never felt cleaner and I can already see a difference in the whitening of my teeth within a week of using UDental Pro. I would highly recommend it to others

I like feeling my teeth are clean.

Ordering was easy, the item arrived very quickly and was well packaged.
Unfortunately the instructions were rather sketchy and I needed to request further details. However my email request was answered promptly. The fully user instructions should be provided with every purchase. I have yet to use my U Dental Pro

I actually submitted an 'angry ' review 1 day ago due to late arrival of the products ordered, and no communication recieved re arrival. Having read other other reviews on this product from people who actually didnt receive their order, I thought that I was going to be another statistic of being scammed, so i retract that statement and apologise , it actually arrived this morning. However, there are a few things that could be improved with this product. 1, please enclosed instructions for use. 2, I think you need different sizes as this product does not clean the back teeth or the top back teeth which means you still need your electric toothbrush , nor all individuals have small mouth , that would fit this product. 3 it would be helpful if it came with a cover to keep it dust free and provide advice on how to clean and how not to clean to sustain its longevity. 4, I think the bristles/ micro brush could also be different, ie, soft, medium hard, hard , not all of us want our teeth ' tickled' we want them cleaned . Its very attractive and handy though , goid for nigjt brushing, but you still need your electric toothbrush for a thorough clean.

Not a good company to get Yr money back. I sent the package back to the address on the box it was their warehouse but mow they are saying they need the package I sent in FRANCE does no-one in any department communicate ???? But if you open the box you WONT GET A REFUND anyway?
So they have MY MONEY AND THE PRODUCT READ WHAT REDDIT REDDIT REDDIT SAYS ABOUT THESE FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS

It is a great tooth brush but I find it hard to reach the back teeth.

It’s ok, not much different to an electronic toothbrush.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT is does not clean teeth as stated in the advert. I used 3 x per day for 3 weeks, the brushes did not reach the gums so left a film on my teeth. I used my Oral B toothbrush and got a better result. I new it wouldn't whiten my teeth as age has worn down the enamel, but thought I would try this new way of cleaning teeth. BE AWARE the 'satisfied or get your money back' DOES NOT EXIST. If you contact the company you received a sarcastic 'count on your understanding about it' email. Avoid and don't waste £49

The device works well and my teeth feel really clean after using it. The company are very communicative and responded to my inquiries promptly and respectfully. The only downside is that the mouthpiece does collect mould after a few months of use even after soaking, but I imagine that's an inevitable feature of the product.

I'm in England so took a while to arrive,overall first impressions are good, changed toothpaste for a gel foaming one which works better with the unit,I go through all 3 settings and it seems to work, my teeth and mouth feel clean and fresh,on the whole a good product.

Después de enviar numerosos correos electrónicos durante el último mes, demostrando que mi paquete no llegó (incluso que me habían cobrado por el artículo y la entrega), simplemente me ignoraron y se negaron a reconocer que su opción de envío podría haber cometido un error. Para mí, un padre soltero de 2 hijos, este es un artículo caro, pero admito que estoy un poco obsesionado con la higiene bucal. Me siento muy decepcionado y defraudado por la simple falta de cortesía y confianza... ¡Muy engañado!

Hard to give a review of an item that never arrived. After sending numerous emails over the past month, proving that my package did not arrive (even that I was charged for the item & delivery), they simply ignored me and refused to acknowledge their shipping option may have made a mistake. For me, a single father of 2, this is an expensive item but I am a little obsessed I admit about oral cleanliness. I feel very disappointed & let down by the simple lack of courtesy & trust… Very Disheartening!!
