Do NOT waste your money please! It's not what they say it is. It does not clean your teeth. You can't use ordinary toothpaste on it. If you buy it you'll, like me, end up with yet another useless gadget clogging up space. Plus you can get them for half the price elsewhere. Also important: although apparently you can return it within 30 days, you can only do that if it's unused. Well how can you tell whether it's any good if you can't try it?!
Don't be as gullible as I was please and don't waste your money!

I received my delivery of Udental promptly. I enjoy using it. The mouth piece is comfortable and it is effective.
To get to my back teeth I move the mouth piece side to side slightly.

I’m a little worried. Add was for $59 bill was $59, however $90 was taken out of my account. Add advised no hidden fees. lol 😂 am I missing something. I was on official website apparently.

Before you even think about purchasing from them, try their phone number and you will see that it does not exist as does their return address
They have charged my account double what the advertised price was and i am now having to deal with the credit card company to get my money back
They refuse to call me or correspond on the product when i email them and give my contact details

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
II agree entirely with the previous reviewer. They never answer their phone, they ignore any questions posed in an email that they do not like. I bought their product and they use a Mickey Mouse delivery service in South Africa who tried to deliver it to me without any pre-warning. Consequently no one was home to sign for the package I have now been trying for over 2 weeks to have the item delivered but despite arranging specific dates they do not deliver. The delivery company is chosen by uDental Pro and yet they expect me to continue to phone them for documentary proof that they have not delivered the item. The delivery company used an UBER type driver and although they show pictures on their website nobody in South Africa that I know has ever seen one of their trucks.

Everything claimed about this product is true. I am so happy not to have burnt tongue syndrome and sore gums anymore. I was surprised to see that my teeth are whiter.

The toothbrush doesn't clean that well when your teeth are not in lined properly due to a small mouth. Debris are still stuck in between teeth so still need to floss it out.
On the whole it works well enough to clean my mouth and teeth.

I like the product but 3 issues
I like the product and use it more than my old electric sonicare toothbrush, but it has a few real problems
1. it needs a case, or a stand. or both
2. they need replacement brush heads, like any expensive toothbrush you buy replacement brush heads, not new toothbrushs
3. had some problems with recharging the battery
