My experience with UDental Pro
Be careful in dealing with this company. They provided me with an unobtainable phone number and when I emailed them to cancel my order they told me that it had already been shipped {not the case}. I received the item unopened but had to return it to an address near Paris at a cost of £13.05 before they agreed to a refund. They refunded £29 in respect of one item but failed to refund £44 for the initial item. I had to refer them to my Bank's Disputes team in order to obtain my refund. Dealing with this company was an extremely stressful experience.

I saw this product in an ad and had a good impression of it. What makes it great is the vibrations that deep clean your teeth and remove plaque and yellow stains more effectively than a regular toothbrush. It is not too noisy at all. It is lightweight and simple to use.
I definitely appreciated the discount on my order. That is one thing that made the purchase experience more exciting. They also offered some additional parts (like a second 360 degree brush).
The service was very good. I got regular updates on the order and instructions for the use of the product.

Still no refund of the return fee of…
Still no refund of the return fee of £19.85. Shoddy product and con that they are sent from U.K. but they insist on return to US? They offer return when you post negative review but then ignore your emails. Product doesn’t work and is plastic mouthpiece with blue light! Doesn’t clean teeth so waste of money. Had to get PayPal to refund but they don’t refund return costs.

Nice product that does a fast and efficient job. I bought this item to help improve tooth whiteness - and although I haven't been using it for long - I believe it has helped especially in removing more plaque which helps teeth feel cleaner.

I'm right handed and had a accident that left me with permanent problems with my right hand and wrist area. Using my left hand to brush my teeth was very awkward this has helped me so much with my teeth and gums

Great costumer service
My 4 stars are for the customer service only as I did not use the product.
I ordered Udental Pro and, after consulting my dentist, I cancelled it within 24 hours and asked for a refund. The Service manager got back to me after a few hours and the next day cancelled my order. Two days later I was fully refunded, thank you!

My experience with Udental pro was excellent,I was kept informed throughout. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because you use royal mail as your courier,they let a lot of companies down they work for so my advice is to get shut and use another courier. Apart from that everything was great.
