Udimi is really scum from my point of view. Not only did they refuse to refund me because a seller gave me contacts that were not responsive at all. I had 51 contacts from a run of 100 clicks and after following up only 3 opened 3 different emails I sent. After contacting the support team they agreed with the seller without deeply investigating all the clear evidence I had demonstrated of what I was saying in the seller's chat, and in the end they didn't even reply to me anymore. As if that wasn't enough, not being protected by the Udimi team, I proceeded with the refund via Paypal. After opening the procedure, I go back to the Udimi website and see that they have kept the $5 balance that I had left on my account by deducting the $49 that I had spent for the 100 clicks.

Really disgusting and for me they are scammers
