Colin and Conner from start to finish have been first class with their customer service, nothing was too much for them!!
I had a problem with one of the protein brands and they helped me get a replacement product.
Each and every email sent to the them was replied promptly and so kind and helpful, to me, they leased with the protein brand and managed to get me a replacement protein powder in less than two weeks😀😀
There supplements are so competitive priced, best on the market.
Definitely recommend them for all your supplement needs!!🙌🙏

Item was not delivered and they refused to send another one out or issue a refund. It was £26? Like come on?

I have started buying my supplements at uf4u as they give out the best customer service and deals! They are extremely helpful and polite and give out very good advice!

I visited ultimate fitness 4 U as I needed some advice on which protein I should be taking to maximise my gains. The guy that I spoke to was very helpful and honest with his advice, recommending me a powder that was not only high quality but affordable too!

I placed my order online for a bucket of HSN Anabolic Muscle Matrix but they didn't have my flavour availabe at that time. However I recieved a phone call from them asking me if another flavour would do or would I like to wait 3 days until the stock arrived. Well I chose to wait and sure enough 3 days later I recieved my order, but as a goodwill gesture they sent me loads of samples a shaker and a t-shirt with a note simply saying "Please accept these items from UF4U and sorry for your inconvenience".
Now thats what I call customer service.....
