Drink was clearly mouldy

Drink was clearly mouldy. Only realised when got home and sipped it. Weird white stuff inside and the bottom was black.

Great price

Great price, fast secure delivery. Good product, convenient to use. Strawberry was the best flavour. Vanilla and chocolate not quite strong enough for my taste.

Beware of the 50g strawberry shakes

Since the “new recipe” from the end of last year, every single shake I’ve had has at least 5 large lumps at the bottom (shaking doesn’t help), cannot drink without sieving.

I love their protein shakes, I regularly buy the 50g banana shakes. I only wish UFit was an Avios partner and allowed me to collect points for my purchases with them!

highly unprofessional customer service

only part of order delivered ordered 5 cases of shakes and only 2 cases delivered in the box evidence sent. Sarcastic response received from customer service as two parcels were on the delivery evidence (one from MyProtein) saying it was delivered and must have grown legs disgusting service first time ordering and will be the last

I've really gone off these shakes

I've really gone off these shakes, I always buy about 10 at a time, ensuring I check their dates. Every single one of the ones I've had this time have lumps in them. It's disgusting. I'm shaking them vigorously, even shaking them again between drinking and the lumps are still there. Honestly the feel of a thick clump when swigging the drink has put me off buying them again. I won't use these again. I've never had a problem with any other brand only u fit. Gross. Waste of my money as they go straight in the bin.

Outstanding Products - shame about the packaging

Outstanding products without comparison !
Unfortunately - an inadquate packaging issue again with both recent deliveries - on each occassion three trays of protein shakes packed in far too big and flimsy a cardboard box with some crumpled paper or buble wrap barely taking up the void - resulting in the boxes being delivered damaged and the trays shaken all over the shop - a miracle there was no damage to the products
The shipping box was easily big enough for 6+ trays of protein shakes with only 3 contained
Why, oh why, can't you pack and ship in more order-specific-sized and properly adequate packaging ?
I have regrettably had to stop ordering the protein puddings for exactly the same reasons

Strange substances lurking in the bottle!

Not sure the new recipe for 50g protein drinks is as good as before, but what on earth are the large clumps of puddingy type substance in every bottle of salted caramel? These drinks are 50% liquid and 50% something else. Most odd.

Poor customer service

Sent the wrong flavour so I emailed customer service. The reply was slow and they asked for a photo. I replied within 30 mins with what they asked for but I have been ignored since.

Still no news about a replacement, I would not recommend
