Its being advertised as a breakfast meaning a meal replacement shake and its not one as it does not contain the 26 vitamins and minerals needed to be classed as one

After placing my order I swiftly got an email saying thank you and to tell me my item was out for delivery. Then next day it was with me.even a message to say it was on its way and an approximate time too. Excellent service

The only drawback is that the strawberry flavour is often out of stock at the end or the month which results in me buying from elsewhere.

The drinks came really quickly and taste so nice. After gastric bypass surgery I have really been struggling to hit my protein goals. It is so good to have something sweet without sugar as well. These drinks are life savers for me!

I was surprised how quickly that I received my orders 2 days from placing my order to actually having my order at my door.
I read in other reviews how other buyers complained about lumps in their drinks. I can honestly say so far I have had no lumpy drinks. I shake them pour them into a glass totally no lumps.
I bought breakies both flavours no lumps and very tasty. I use these for breakfast before I leave to go to the gym and honestly it does not interfere with your workout.
I have bought different flavours of their other drinks chocolate, strawberry, banana and vanilla all are very nice to taste and drink. I drink these with a meal after my workouts.
I have no negatives at all about UFIT drinks. I don't feel bloated I genuinely feel better whilst training, it also keeps me feeling full without taking snacks in between meals.

So glad I discovered the Ufit 50 g of protein milkshakes. I'm building my bones after a diagnosis of osteoporosis and a spinal fracture. That means I need to eat more protein so I'm having half of a milkshake a day to top up the protein that I get from my food. It also gives me about half the daily recommended calcium. Best of all it tastes really nice,, not too sweet and definitely not gloopy. A real winner. Thank you, Ufit.
