Today 1-29-25, I purchased two suckers to complete my set.That was at 11 am. It is now 9pm at night and I still have no cards. I’ve reached out via their chat and got a response saying it’s backed up. 8 hrs later and I guess it’s still backed up! I’ve never had these issues. You a million new friend invites/ request but no cards! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves NEVER AGAIN

Even got some gold stickers and by the time I spent my in game cash I had over 25000 rolls. Definitely recommend and 100% will use again

Delivered as promised! 2nd time using their service and it’s been easy. Took a little longer the 2nd time but that’s expected since they do have a lot of orders.

Bought 6000 for monopoly go and they never delivered. Tried talking to the customer service but they kept trying to blame me for hopping on the game while they were apparently boosting but weren’t 😐. If you play monopoly on multiple devices, you already know two people can’t play at the same time. I was able to roll, yes! Because no one was doing the boost. Can’t wait for reddit to hear about this experience.

Zoe, is rude and cuts people off during disputes. They copy and paste the same thing every time you enter customer support talking about a wait time when their site clearly states speedy delivery of 15 minutes. It took them 16 hours and it wasn't even the full order. They must be kids because whoever I spoke with wasn't nearly a mature adult.

I attempted to buy dice from them yesterday morning. I filled everything out correctly but apparently they ran into a problem with logging on, so they didn’t send the dice, they kept the money and it will have been 48 hrs later at 9 am. They sent a confirmation email saying that they completed the order when they hadn’t and they weren’t going to mention that they were not able to complete the order until I reach out to them myself. Then they sent me an email letting me know that they had a difficulty trying to log into the account and for me to go in and unlink my game to my Facebook, and reload everything, so I done that and I’ll let them know that I done that, But it has been 15 hours since the last email they sent me telling me to do that and I haven’t heard anything else nor have we received the dice. I am very disappointed, very unpleased and I don’t ever plan to use their website again. I hope they don’t treat all customers this way..

soooo During A Event I Made About 5 Orders For 10,000 Dice A Piece. I Didn’t Receive Three Of The Orders. I Definitely Followed Protocol. I’m Upset. 30$ Wasted Man. I’m not using them anymore , I Literally Spent Tons With Them. So now I’m Disappointed. The Chat Isn’t Any Help At All. They Disconnect Everytime They’re Suppose To Be Helping You, So How Can One Get A Refund ? It’s Wild. I Hated To Leave This Review.
