I bought a MT 708 drawing tablet made by this company on Amazon in April. Set up was easy and for the first 6 months it worked perfectly. In Septmber it started to cut out and now does not fucntion at all. As it was out of the Amazon return window I contacted the manufacturer direct. Their response was quick but I did find that there were repeated requests for information that had already been supplied. I am pleased to report that I have now received a replacement. The company does seem keen to support its customers and I have no complaint except that communication both with me and internally between technical support and sales could be more efficient. I would recomment without reservation.

I ordered brand new UE16 drawing tablet, and received a used product with visible marks of use, badly applied protective screen with bubbles everywhere - clearly not from manufacturing. The product came with "actual" paper drawing pen, not a battery free stylus!!! What the hell??? And no replacement nibs either, and no additional nibs which I ordered on top of the tablet.
Totally unacceptable to sell used and incomplete products as new!
UPDATE: The Customer service quickly reacted and organised a replacement, which took 3 weeks to arrive, but it was in mint condition this time. Thank you. Kudos to customer service +3 stars.

The products were well-packed and the explanatory leaflet was well-designed and clear.

The product is also well-designed, neat, and feels solid.

I have been very happy with my ugee s640. It works as intended (not sure how else to review such a product). When I had an issue, I received the fastest response times from their customer service email that I've received from any customer service team ever, and my issue was resolved promptly.

Beginners friendly! I love drawing forever. Whether it is good or not, I will insist on my art.
