I would rate zero if I could.
They sent us a different product to the one we ordered. We obviously wanted a refund. The website says you must get approval for a refund before returning the product. Trouble is they make themselves unavailable.
Tried contacting them through the website twice, email and telephone where I left a message. They rejected talking to me through their phone service.
This company is a scam!!!!
Do not spend your money with them they have bad intentions.

DO NOT waste you money here. I saw these reviews after purchase and wish i had before hand because this company is a DISTRIBUTION company. They don't reply to emails and scan all calls so not to answer you. I live the next state over and it took 2 weeks to receive a pair of boots that would normally take 3 days. Don't expect a callback or a reply to your emails. Wrong colour was sent. Best to buy from 'UGGS' where there is customer service and better quality boots. These are not worth the money. Judgeme.com is BS (bought reviews)

Purchased Uggs in correct size but didn't fit correctly quality very poor & thin! Requested my ENTITLED refund via email but no one responded. Rang phone as provided by them but does not connect! Got PAYPAL involved in the dispute & they agreed if I returned them I would get my refund but they didn't so I had to escalate dispute to a claim in order to get my ENTITLEMENT REFUND back! What a nightmare ordeal over of a pair of SHITTY UGGS!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Wrong size. Wrong colour. Not Australian made. Will not respond to contact. Very disappointing.

How disappointing when l got my order from this business claiming it was Australian made. Not only are their products Chinese imports but when l received my order it was the wrong colour and the wrong size. Despite many attempts at contacting the business via messenger, email, their website chatbox and phone call l have been unable to make contact for an exchange or a return. l have never experienced this kind of fraud before . Apparently now l am left with a debt to afterpay and a pair of boots that are too large to wear.
