I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 12th and paid for two day shipping, because the person would be leaving before Christmas. It is now Dec 28th and the package has not arrived. Now their website says they are closed until September 2026.

Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. One of my sweaters was too small so all I wanted to do was an exchange. I had purchased as a guest so when I attempted to return via the website it there was no option to do and no way to validate my purchase to return. It’s obvious they’re making this intentionally difficult so I would definitely avoid this company if possible.

They are so quick to respond to any requests for info/assistance and have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected or asked for as far as customer satisfaction goes. They really deserve praise for their extensive selection and, again, for how kind, attentive and helpful they are in responding to customer queries. I prefer to buy from their website directly for all these reasons, but again most of all because of their outstanding level of customer care. I waited for over two weeks for a Christmas beanie only to find it didn’t light up as stated and was really small. If only the price matched the size. Childs size beanie that doesn’t light up.

Item ordered and shipped, but the package was damaged while in UPS’ possession. I was notified by UPS: “All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender. UPS will notify the shipper about the damage.“

I’ve emailed the company multiple times for either a replacement or a refund, but my emails have all been ignored. It’s been a month and they’re simply not responding.

Their 'sweaters' are thin long sleeved shirts. 3 day return policy. They say they can't accept returns because they don't have a return address in the US (despite listing a US address on their site). The product is the same as you can get from AliExpress, and it comes from China, so I suspect they are just drop-shipping it from AliExpress.

They have responded promptly to my emails, offering partial refunds, but I don't want these thin t-shirts. I want sweaters.

Asked a simple question for a large order, and if they offered discounts, I received a response from. Alisha which was quite a sarcastic and abrupt reply, stating no. too which an automated email was sent out offering a discount. They then said this was sent in error and they only offer discounts on large orders, I then asked what dictated a large order. And they cancelled it all too which I find quite a bizarre response

"Runs small, order a size up" - And I ended up with a tent-sized sweater! Was shipped from China, but I was told to ship it back to US. Sorry, Mac. Pure bogus.

Honestly. Was really worried when looking at this companies bad reviews After ordering, I didnt think package was going to show up as the tracking code send was wrong and said no parcel on this code.
But…
I email support, they respond in less that 12 hours with a new tracking code that worked. It got to me on time. And the quality is bloody fanstastic. Really happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone. If you were like me I’d say don’t stress about the bad reviews I’m guessing mostly Karen’s.

I’ve been contacting this company since the middle of October or so. Their communication for the first few questions I had was so quick but once I would send them specific instructions on which words I wanted where and what colors etc. they still did not do it correctly. I even mocked up a picture of it on cricut design space to show them.

They stopped responding or would wait several weeks to respond. My most recent response I received was that if I wanted them do make the final changes, I would also have to pay an extra $24 in shipping to make sure it arrived before Christmas.

I just read other reviews form customers who did not have a pleasant experience. I’m sad that I don’t have a sweater like I thought I was going to - But also glad I didn’t spend $60 and receive nothing

I purchased sweaters for my wife and I for Christmas 2019. We wore them a couple times but then covid hit and they were put away, until last week when we decided we'd wear then to a party. Out of the 4 lights on my sweater, only one works now. I contacted Ugly Christmas Sweater's support dept to ask where I could obtain replacement lights so I could replace the bad ones. They told me they do not provide anyone with replacement lights and didn't know of any other sourced for me to obtain them. They told me to purchase another sweater. I told them that the lights did not last very long and that I shouldn't have to buy another sweater. They told me my sweater was out of warranty, which is only 30 days anyway. They were not helpful at all and just wanted to sell me another sweater instead of helping fix the one I already own. This is not the way to treat customers and no one wants something that doesn't last and isn't worth the money. I will never do business with Ugly Christmas Sweaters again, they have an Ugly and very unhelpful attitude

Biggest scam ever, ordered jumper for next day delivery 2 weeks later nothing.. emailed 5 times no response

I recently ordered from this site. There was an issue with the shipping address. I noticed it as soon as I checked out and emailed the company about it.

The email I sent wasn’t read for 4 days and by the time it was read, the item was out for delivery.

I called and spoke with customer service and they stated because it was my mistake, it was my problem and they would not do anything to help resolve the issue.

There was an issue with my order that was identified the day the order was placed. I contacted the company for assistance at the support email address they instruct any problems to be sent to. I received no response. The next day, I received an email that my order was shipping so I immediately emailed the support address a second time with no response. The contact number is a fake number (all zeros). It has been over a week and still no one from the company has reached out. I’m disappointed. Won’t be using them in the future.
