Last month I started the process of ordering a quilt, I spoke to their team and was really happy with the customer service.
Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of the various stages of production.
I went out last night for a quick test run and was very happy with the product.
Earlier this summer I ordered a top quilt for hammocks from UGQ and I'm very happy with both the product (arrived today) and the service. Due to the corona crisis this summer the production time was longer than usual but information about producton lead time was clearly given on their website.
I had a couple of minor questions before placing the order and answers were given very quickly. I also was impressed that they actually informed me when production of my quilt started so I knew approximately when it would arrive. Then again new info was given when it was shipped out a couple of days later.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I can hardly wait until the weather turns a bit colder so I can start using the quilt. It's soft and fluffy and very well made.
