Very bad experience.

Bugs with WooCommerce and the AJAX cart.

I deactivated/reactivated the theme. Now I have two "Add to Cart" buttons: the WooCommerce button and the UICore button. Toggling the AJAX cart on and off no longer activates the AJAX functionality.

I have to switch to UICore Debug mode to save changes to my page content. Otherwise, I get custom style saving errors that prevent any saving. I don't have any caching plugins installed.

It's completely unusable for me.

I purchased a website theme on Themeforest from UiCore and it has been great. There was a recent update that I had to roll back because it broke my website (although this was on me because I hadn't been keeping up with the previous updates). When I contacted their support, they were very attentive and provided fast responses to my queries. Not only that, one of their team members actually did the update for me and made sure it didn't break my site, no questions asked! I couldn't believe it. Most companies would try to upsell you more expensive services for this. I can't say how much I appreciate them doing that for me because I would have had to hire a developer and go through that whole tedious process. Thank you so much guys for your help with my website and creating such a beautiful theme that I am still using with love!

Really quick feedback which solved my problem immediately

Being able to access source files is really helpful).

All in all, UICore has been a blessing to our business’s web design workflow. If you’re looking for sleek WordPress templates/framework and truly great support, you won’t go far wrong with UICore.

Great technical support.

I don't want to recommend uicore - because it's way too good. It massively increased the quality of the websites I created, so that I gained 2 new customers after the first project launched. UiCore takes Elementor to a whole other level.

The only criticism I have:

The theme and block database is very poorly tagged, so you can hardly find anything with the search bar and have to scroll forever. I hope the team does a better job of tagging all the elements. This way you would be much faster and would also use many more of these great themes and blocks.
