Paid deposit but they have disappeared
Unfortunately after paying them the initial fee I have not heard from them again. Megan was the contact person. No answer to any emails. Do not trust them.

Please note, UIF Helper has been out of operation since 2020, or so. There is also no one by the name of Megan who worked there. It is likely this is meant for a different UIF business.

Great Service from UIFHelper
After struggling to get my UIF registration sorted, UIFHelper assisted with this and got it done quickly and effectively. They also assisted with arrears payments and interest that was due for payment.
I will definitely recommend UIFHelper if you ever needed assistance with UIF matters.

Overall very helpful
Overall very helpful, and ultimately led to a successful application. Email queries were always answered and the appropriate guidance and way forward clearly communicated. My only frustration was a sense that action was generally initiated only after prompting via emails from my side, which led to a process that felt extremely drawn out. But again, the fact that UIF Helper assisted me with my application and the requisite approval in order to be able to draw from the fund - without having to stand in a single queue! - really says it all. I have already recommended this service to several other former colleagues in the media industry who have lost their jobs in recent months. Thank you, UIF Helper!
