Bunion Savers!

I have bunions (thanks mom and dad) and I suffered for years searching for shoes that are comfortable. I tried Birkenstock’s, clogs, men’s shoes, Josef Seibal, Miz Mooz, and many more to no avail. Then I happened across a UIN advertisement and I was hooked! I spent hours looking at all the different styles and patterns, I was hesitant about buying them online because I’ve been burned before. I have since purchased 7 pairs and I enthusiastically tell anyone who mentions my shoes how wonderfully comfortable and, if I may, stylish UIN shoes are. I encourage them to go to your website immediately! Do you need any brand ambassadors? I’m your gal.

I think I’m now up to almost 30 pair

I think I’m now up to almost 30 pair. I need a support group. I get stopped in airports, on the street, in the supermarket - and even when I’m about to slide into an MRI - with “Where’d you get those shoes??” I should have cards printed, as it would save me a lot of time. I’m thankful that UIN is not a 12-letter word! Love them. All I ever wear now, even with a tux. And they’re even part of my website header. “Where’d you get those shoes?!” As my last name is Barefoot, I feel a strong bond...

I love these shoes

I love these shoes! I have a few pair of slip-ons that fit perfectly well and are very comfortable. I haven't had to send any back, so I don't have the experience others say they have had. The designs and colors are so fun. I'll probably buy more!

These don’t disappoint

I recent shoes on time without difficulty. I love these shoes. I can wear them to work with slacks or to the grocery store with jeans. I generally wear a 10.5 in women’s shoes but order a 10. The 10.5 was too big.

I ordered shoes

I ordered shoes, and they turned out to be too small. I was offered to send them back at my own expense. Why should I pay if the shoes do not match the size? Excellent service! I do not recommend. No one answers the following letters.

I love coach but sometimes when I buy…

I love coach but sometimes when I buy something like key chain lucky charm and lost it I can’t find the item that I bought before, talking about the trio charm elephant, horseshoe and cloverleaf! Hope coach put it back!!! And your quality is good but too expensive to be honest. Thanks

I do not like to bad-mouth businesses…


I do not like to bad-mouth businesses and I never write bad reviews but I have to based on my experience.

I purchased 3 pairs of seriously overly-priced shoes. I received them and although they were nice designs, I wouldn't say I liked how they looked on me and felt the quality was not worth the price. Plus one of the shoes was slightly dirty.

Whatever, I need to return, so I look for the return procedure. It says that you need to reach out to customer service first which I did. Took several days for them to respond. Not liking that.

So I spend almost as much as it cost me to buy the shoes to return them. Not liking that either. I was told to send tracking information so they would be on the lookout for the return. Umm...why? When you receive them process the return. Whatever, did what was asked.

Now the irritating part...they have apparently submitted my return request but no refund. I have sent numerous emails, either with no response or some generic response that is not helpful. They have had my return for about a month now. Don't want to forget that part, and I returned the shoes immediately after receiving them so they can't pull a fast one saying I was out of the return window.

They even told me to have my payment provider send a refund request to get my refund. What??? So just for fun I did that and guess what the payment provider said, they 1. Need Uin to send the request and 2. I am outside of the window to request a refund from them (Klarna). Are you serious right now?!

I have asked for the corporate offices with no response. Then imagine my heartbreak when all this time I thought this was a company in Spain only to find out the headquarters are in China. I have no problem with China but it is like false advertising in my opinion.

Nonetheless, they have my money and the merchandise and all I have are a bunch of unanswered emails. Not cool.

Guess who will not be doing business with this company in the future? Plus it is interesting that with all the negative reviews, no one from the company has even addressed them so I am sure that will happen with this review as well.

So to that, be careful my friends.

UPDATE 07/26/24

I won't even go through the nonsense that I went through but after having to get my payment method involved I am glad to say that I finally received my return...1 MONTH LATER. Why friends? Why?

Still a hard pass on doing business with them in the future and I really hate to say that but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not good value and not good service.

Wrong size sent but I have to pay for shipping fee. For the price, the quality is not good. The only thing good is the print. Other than that it is a very big mistake.

Don't buy !

I wrote a complaint about Uin footwear in September 2022. I have just received a reply on 15.5.2024. I am given apologies and assurances that they will help ( after nearly 2 years.) Having disposed of the ill-fitting shoes a long time ago, I think that this manufacturer is a joke.

Wrong size sent

Wrong size sent, my return cost over $15.00, when returns were said to be free. Still, no refund on what I paid.

I never heard from anyone in regard to…

I never heard from anyone in regard to an exchange for a larger size than I got. At this point in time, I'll probably donate the shoes to Goodwill and eat the cost.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered during just after their sale %50 off sale and bought 4 pairs of shoes.
I had missed the actual sale period.
Before ordering, I emailed customer service the day after the sale closed to ask if I could still get the sale price.
I was told I could and that after I ordered I would be refunded the difference immediately.
This should have been my first red flag and I should not have ordered.
After 6 emails with customer service since then I have still not received my 50% refund!
I have also never been given confirmation of a the ability to return the duplicate pair of shoes. I need this because the email exchange with Customer Service has gone on for so long that it is past the return time allowed.
They continue to say that they will refund me soon, but it has never been refunded to my bank account.
The amount is over $250!
I have even asked that the matter be escalated to a supervisor. They continue to say it will be. This is complete B.S.
They are not a trustworthy company.
Do not bother.

Per their reply below, I have still not received my full refund.
