Several things I would say. Some things I contemplated by myself, some with random musings. Several other thoughts that occurred that would normally not occur to me. There is a different level of outcome when several progressive minded individuals try thinking on how success manifests for each of us. Validations from one another, validations of one's thought process. This definitely beats thinking alone. I would say, everyone should find themselves a group where they get to thrive and grow.

I have attended couple of workshops by Chetan. Content of each workshop is very well curated and structured. All the sessions are always interactive ,insightful and impactful. The sessions provided space for reflection and self awareness. I am sure chetan's coaching approach can definitely help people in their leadership growth and journey. Overall a wonderful learning experience with UniLEAD.

The frameworks Chetan designs are really useful for leaders, be it be in corporate established companies or Startup ventures. They are rich in experience and of great leadership value. The content reflects great instincts, gut feeling (developed over decades of experience), data from thorough research. Always great to hear from him

I used 10x Identity-system-Impact model on my leadership team and able to change focus . Immediate Outcome is right priorities and able to see a system to scale .
