There was a short delay with the payment for me. I had some tech issues, and the team got back to me, assisted in sorting everything out. It was all very well organised and straightforward from my experience.

The first assignment I had in September went almost without any issues, had to ask them about payment and it all went through. Second assignment which I had from the same team as in the beginning; Tatiana and Boghdan, went also fine until payment. They never sent me the money that I had to use when signing up to the new test environment and never paid me for the task afterwards. I've written to both of them and they told me me payment next week and again next week. Now more than 2 months passed by and I've not seen payslip nor don't get answers from the team anymore.

I received confirmation that my first playtest was accepted and payment would be sent soon.  It’s now been months since then and I still haven’t received payment. I reached out multiple times about this with no response. I don’t know how else to contact anyone at this company. I have gone to the website and tried to chat with someone but nobody responds.

I completed a Focus Group on Jan 20th and was told I'd get paid in two weeks. I contacted the recruiter and moderator via email and it's been silent. We all are busy but I always take the time to respond even if I don't know the answer. Very unprofessional. It's my first time working with this company and it's left a bad taste in my mouth, so it will be the last. I wouldn't recommend this to my network of friends because at this point I feel I was scammed.

I have always been thinking about getting some money for doing easy things. Guess what happened? I have seen an interview ad and I hopped in. Getting money for being interviewed is so nice!
