Great quality feather banners at a reasonable price. I had a plug missing from one of my bases and when notified it was posted the next day. Very helpful staff, could have been a little quicker with the return on artwork but apart from that outstanding service.

I received my tear drop flag, the day they said it would arrive. on checking it, I was disappointed with the print of the flag. And also that the stitching was over my text. I rang up after taking a photo of this, and it was reprinted and sent out the very next day. Much improved on the first one. Good quality customer service.

My experience was good. The only drawback was a lack of feedback. Once the order was placed I heard nothing until the notification of delivery so I wasn't sure up until that point if my order had even been accepted. However, the order was delivered as ordered and in a timely fashion. I would use them again.

Having never bought a flag before i was nervous but they guided me through, gave me options, listened and adjusted the flag based upon my feedback and I am so delighted with the final product. It is very well made and comes in a great bag to store it with separate compartments to keep each part safe and clean. They were cheaper than other competitors but that's not because of quality of product or customer service. I was left very happy and truly will go back again.
