Excellent service. I phoned up and told what I wanted on my feather flag - logo on the bottom and explained what I wanted on the top half. Later that day I got a design back by email - exactly what I had pictured in my head. Paid for it and 3 days later it was delivered! Over the moon with them

Awful, would not recommend to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever received. when dealing with me I could never speak to the same person twice which makes ordering and discussing an impossible task. Rude and unhelpful manager. To collect a part they sold to me which is not fit for purpose they wanted to charge me £50!!

Excellent service, pulling out all the stops to help

Members of the club are really pleased with flags and how they look at classic car shows.
Delivery was quick and quality of flag is good.
I have marked down to four stars because advert showed a base for grass that had a section to drive in grass and a section the flag went on that turned (like other flags I have bought)
These flags came with a simple metal length to hammer in ground, when I rang and queried I was told specifications had been changed but advert had not been changed.

Quality double sided flag that is in a different league to the cheap single sided flag it replaced.

On the whole quick and helpful once they had a positive order.
They will send you the initial design artwork for your approval, and having seen it I requested two changes which were incorporated and sent to me the next day without problem, and the finished flag arrived shortly after that.
I would say that you may order with confidence.
