Just want I wanted.
I am happy using online companies to purchase products, but I do like to speak to a human and establish a contact especially when paying upfront, UK-Feather Flags did exactly this. I bought three flags from this company
The original p d f that I agreed to was fantastic
The pole was shown on the left. With writing from left to right. When they turned up the writing. And pictures were on the opposite side
Which is completely the wrong way round!
It's not what I agreed to on the format. And the way the flag was sent for verification
Very. Disgruntled. They won't accept responsibility to a mistake that is clearly theirs
Very dissatisfied
Never again

Desperately disappointed that the customer has chosen to leave a negative review. We always send a proof prior to print, and the customer agreed that this was correct, unfortunately for us, the wind is blowing from the wrong direction, thus the customer is looking at rear of the flag. On a more positive note, it is highly likely that the wind will change direction at some point, and the customer will see that the flags were printed exactly as per the print proof.

I ordered a simple product, with a standard lead time, received them in a faster than agreed timescale. The quality of the print was good and communication was helpful and informative.

Very good service.
It started slightly shakily when I was unable to upload the documentation which I wanted to be printed, however the team worked extremely hard to rectify this issue. They replied quickly, and were extremely helpful.

We needed some feather flags produced and delivered urgently which they did do. We did not even have all artwork files needed, but they did help out. Will order again.
