I found Route Removals online although I felt a bit paranoid because of the negative experience comments, however I was assured that the move will run smoothly and in which they kept their promise!

Route  Removals were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff  were friendly and fast to respond to my long list of questions and the quote was reasonable.

The collection was arranged to suit my schedule and delivery was right on time. 
My old house was particularly difficult for them as it is a upper floor maisonette and therefore everything had to come down the stairs. They were very careful with our items and with the furnishings/walls/wall paper etc. They were courteous at all times. When we got to new property there were more challenges - such as the narrow stairs at the entrance to our flat , however these were tackled in a flexible manner again  Absolutely A star service all the way through. What hard workers!!

Well my review was positive before, where as selling your property is amazing and the agent I had was brilliant their post service is truly crap they say they will come back to you but now three times they have not. In the end had to call the estate agents above the chain and below and thanks to them the exchange is going to happen, as Purplebricks in that department are truly crap.

Moving with them is easy, they are very helpful with any kind of issue you might have. Very recommended!

Used these guys for our house move recently, and they were really great. Nothing was too much for them, always friendly, and we supplied them with lots of cuppas which made them happy on a cold November morning!!!

In the we didn't go with any of the companies that sent us quotes through you, as we just didn't seen to trust any of them to do the move.
We went with AJ Removals in Lightwater. The guy that quoted us came across as a happier and more caring person.

Too expensive

Within the hour, I had several phone calls and emails offering me reasonably priced quotes. Very good service indeed. Went with Town and Country Removals, who were also very good.

Rather than wading through the miriad of adverts on the internet use this method for a guaranteed selection of recognised companies to chose from.

Didn't know what to expect as I had not used this site before, very quick response to my request for quotation.

The 2 guys were helpful, useful and dedicated. Also made good time

Within a couple of minutes of tapping in your details...you're done.Then literally from 24hrs to a couple of days,you get your quotes back or a date to be fixed for a visit and a quote. It really is that simple and it is always companies that service your area so no trailing through a long list of companies that may or may not.
It really takes the strain from something that you really are dreading searching for.When you are deciding on actually moving ,you probably have by then a MILLION of other things that you need to sort out.So this simple and very effective way really takes the pressure off and you actually feel you have got off to a very good start. I was chuffed to bits when I googled for removal companies and clicked onto this website...my sigh of relief could be heard throughout Devon!!! THANKYOU!

I submitted an application for removal, then next day I got several calls from different removal companies. I am satisfied with the service given,

I find that most of your clients prefer to have the business done over the phone.
I like to see who I hire to do the work.
I like them to see what they are getting into and have this info to hand.
I also like to see that they are fully covered for the work in hand and have the tools for the job.
I would like to see the vehicles that will be used for the job and that they have the tools to do the job.
What I don't want is a company unprepared.
Following this makes both sides happy.
